    Customer service
So I originally bought the watch as a replacement watch while I was having mine fixed. The watch arrived with 3 different straps which I thought was pretty cool and also a tool to adjust the straps if I need to change it.The original watch I ordered had some minor issues with some of the functions when connecting to my iPhone so I reached out to customer service and they replied almost instantly with easy to follow steps to try and resolve it.After this didn’t work they sent me out a replacement watch almost instantly and I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the watch. It’s sturdy and looks good, it’s kind of a bigger face but I prefer this to the small watches. It also functions smoothly and honestly I was surprised by how good it actually works. Really good value for money and the app you use to track everything has so many options for watch faces ( well over a couple hundred) it took me ages to decide on one. I genuinely think I might use it as a daily watch now. That’s my honest review anyway and so far I haven’t had any issues with the watch since replaced. Not to mention it actually looks good! Thanks

    Exceeded my expectations.
Ordered this item on the basis of the previous reviews. Wanted a Smart Watch for some time, but finally taken the plunge. The product came on time, and was extremely well presented, with 3 straps, and a tool for adjusting the length of the metal links. Instructions are not fantastic and could maybe be a bit more comprehensive. That said everything was very straight forward to set up. The watch seems to be very good quality, it is a fairly hefty piece of kit – but that is what I wanted. Lots of functionality, very clear dial etc, had it running 3 days and still on 100% battery. I am sure if you wanted to get a watch with more stuff on it you could – but for a significasnt ammount of cah more. I am happy with this watch, and feel it is well worth the very reasonable price tag.

    Good functionality for the price
Great smart watch with good functionality. Battery life is OK, with a full charge lasting around 3 days if not using power saving mode.

    Brilliant, nea,t clever watch!
My hubby who hates anything techy, absolutely loves the simplicity of the set up of the watch. He loves the large face of the watch , especially when it lights up when he lifts his wrist to view the time. Even better, when it is dark, the watch lights up and he can see the time.He was surprised that he could pick up a call through the watch when I rang. I could hear him clearly when he spoke through the watch.Perfect buy for any one!

Looks the part but not easy to operate!
This watch looks very smart, comes in nicely presented packaging. (Was a Christmas present for my partner)Not the easiest to set up and since setting it up the watch faces although look fantastic, do not show true battery life information also it keeps automatically defaulting the speaker connection of the phone to the watch although moh has his phone as default speaker, he tried disconnecting the watch from Bluetooth and it wouldn’t so has to turn Bluetooth off on phone which can be very inconvenient.Otherwise alot of great functions, the light being the greatest gimmick once figuring out how to operate it.

    Charging cable issues
The watch performed flawlessly until I noticed that one of the magnets in the charging cable had come out. I have no way of attaching the charging cable to the watch and as such the battery has now fully depleated. Is there a replacement cable for this product?

    Fantastic bit of kit
This watch is cracking! For the price tho… It’s amazing!!Does everything it says on the tin. Easy to set up once you’ve downloaded the app to your phone. All the measurements seem pretty accurate. (Basic) Control of media player when out on a run. Answer calls without getting my phone out. So much more that I keep discovering. I wanted a smart sports watch, but without paying the price to feel I need to replace all my other watches to get my monies worth out of it! This item is just that, or you could quit easily replace your current watch without breaking the bank. It definitely compeates with some of the top brand smart watches. And looks very smart, with a verity of faces to choose from. Some friends and relatives have already ordered after being shown with one admitting it’s better than their (top brand) smart watch, that cost at least 4x this!

This is quite an amazing smart watch for the price which I can easily recommend. If you don’t want to spend a small fortune on an Apple watch, Samsung, or Garmin, but still want a lot of the same features and not some chintzy looking cheap watch, then you should consider this watch. I was immediately impressed with this watch when I unboxed it. It looks and feels great, heavy in the hand but not too heavy and the bezel is nicely crafted aluminum. The three buttons are textured aluminum, with the main one a nice bright orange color. Where the round dial button normally is on traditional watches is an LED flashlight that I was pretty skeptical about, but let me tell you, this LED light gives off some serious bright light and I have actually used it two or three times already! It is super useful, way easier than pulling out your phone and holding it up with its flashlight! The OS on the watch is custom but very easy to use, set up, and navigate. The menu system is customizable with three choices, all of which I found good, easy to use, with some positives and negatives. I settled on a look similar to the OS on an Apple watch. As for other features, this watch has all the fitness trackers the more expensive watches have, including blood oxygen level, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, music control (when blue toothed to your phone), and a weather app. It will show messages from iMessage, but you can’t reply or use the watch to send a message back. For the price, I am shocked at how nice this watch looks and feels, how well it works, and all the features it has. Oh! And it comes with a really nice, high quality metal band (with the tools to adjust the links) and a silicon band. I prefer the silicon band as I find it much more comfortable, especially when working out, but it is a really nice touch to include such a high quality metal band! This is one great deal for a smart watch that rivals all the major brands for features and compatibility, is really nice looking (and not cheap looking), and is solidly constructed out of nice materials. Easy to rate this 5 stars, and to recommend to those looking for an affordable smart watch for themselves or a loved one that will work with either Android OR Apple!

This is a reasonably decent (and perhaps ever so slightly more advanced than many others) fitness tracker/smart watch (EF5/K65Pro) that appears well-built and for the most part works as expected. It has 3 of the most common monitors (HR, BP, and SpO2) which are somewhat typical for these fitness trackers nowadays. It does have many of the standard features as most other budget or off-brand smart watches have; however, what set this apart from many others is that it has a slightly larger display along with a slightly larger battery capacity (though it can’t be verified).≡ NoteThese so-called SMART WATCHES are really just FITNESS TRACKERS with added features (i.e. flashlight, calculator; mostly useless ones too) and it’s NOT a true smart watch/device. A true smart device operates by itself on its own without the NEED to install an App for it to run and without depending on another device (i.e. your phone) to run.For instance, if your PHONE requires an App to be installed on a LAPTOP in order for various functions on your phone to work, or if your phone would lose certain features WHEN your laptop goes offline, would you consider your phone to be a SMART phone? Well, I wouldn’t and I’ll be extremely upset if that’s the case, and that’s exactly what happens here most of these so-called smart watches.###≡ FeaturesBy standard I don’t mean one or two, in fact, the standard nowadays is about a dozen or so including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, or even glucose monitor just to name a few. It has 3 monitors which is decent; unfortunately, 2 of the monitors (HR and BP) don’t seem to be accurate at all (SpO2 appears to be reasonably accurate for the most part although we know the figures for the vast majority of healthy people is usually either 98% or 99%) which is quite upsetting to have found out after numerous tests. In addition, the steps counter seems to be off by about 3100+ so that’s not exactly accurate either but it’s certainly not the worst.I should also mention that an increasing large number of these devices that I’ve come across lately have all suffered from the same (or at least quite similar) issues which implies to me that perhaps hardware (sensors and/or other related components) under the hood is identical across ALL of these watches. I should also mention that this particular model is electrically identical to the following models: BW190, BW220, BW264, BW290/296/298, BW326-329, BW351/352, BW335/338, BW1220/1270/1290, BW1821-1829, BW1830-1839, ST1-ST39.It also has the typical sports and/or exercise related features that many others have. It has a fairly large screen of 1.43″ (for found case) in comparison to many others with a 1.38″/1.22″ screen. With that being said, 1.4x” is somewhat of a norm (or at least becoming increasingly common) at this point in time for these watches with a square case and frankly, I don’t see that much of a difference between this 1.43″ and those with 1.38″ (well, you really shouldn’t since it’s only 1.27mm difference).I should also note that the advertised 100+ sports requires the app; otherwise, only a handful or so are available (which is more than most people would need under normal circumstance). The same can be said for watch faces/styles (200+ claimed) too and that’s a common practice for these devices nowadays. The LED is perhaps a nice touch for some people; however; I don’t find them particularly useful for me because I have my phone for that and it’s just that much easier with my phone than fiddling around with this watch with a much smaller screen. In any event, those features are there should you have the needs for them. However, it does have 3x straps (1x stainless and 2x rubber) that few others have although some of them do come with 2 straps (SS/rubber).≡ BatteryIts battery capacity is 530 mAh but it’s unverified although that’s significantly more than the average/norm (around 300 mAh or so) for these trackers. In either case, whatever the capacity might be, the only thing I really care is that it can last me an entire day (charge once a day is fine with me). With that being said, I also don’t have a clue about the longevity of the battery but that’s a common concern for all rechargeable smart watches out there (i.e. battery dies unexpected fast). Note that the default screen timeout is 5sec which is unusably short for me but it can be increased up to 30 seconds (whereas some other can’t at all while a few can do 60 sec) so that’s great. I don’t necessarily want 30 sec but it’s nice to have the options (I set mine to 15sec). It can always be disabled if needed as aforementioned.≡ Water resistanceBtw, these fitness trackers/smart watches are NOT meant to be submerged in water (salty or otherwise) longer than a few minute even though they often advertise as being IP68 or even 5 ATM which is completely nonsensical if you know what that really means (around 50m under water but it’s really meant for accidental submersion); otherwise, there is an extremely high probability that it will die prematurely, as I’ve found out the hard way.≡ AppFor those who are curious about what the ‘FitCloudPro’ app (3.3 rating) requires;✘ Any data may be shared with other companies or organizations, including but not limited to;* Email address and Phone number, Fitness info, Precise location, Photos and videos, Contacts* SMS or MMS, Files and docs, Installed apps, Device or other IDs✘ Data isn’t encrypted (typical practice in China)* Data is encrypted during transit✘ Device & app history* read sensitive log data✘ Contacts* read your contacts✘ Location* approximate location (network-based), precise location (GPS and network-based)✘ Phone* directly call phone numbers, read call log, read phone status and identity, Photos/Media/Files* read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage✘ Storage* read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage✘ Camera & Microphone* take pictures and videos, record audio✘ Wi-Fi connection information* view Wi-Fi connections✘ Device ID & call information* read phone status and identity✘ Other* receive data from Internet, view network connections, pair with Bluetooth devices, control vibration* access Bluetooth settings, control flashlight, full network access, run at startup, prevent device from sleeping✘ NoteLike nearly all other budget smart watches (or any other ‘smart’ devices really) out there, an App is REQUIRED for this to function at its fullest which means you are giving the manufacturer (and whoever they decide to share it with or without your permission) AND the app OWNER (i.e. some company in China and that equates to the gov in this case) your COMPLETE and entire historical data. Some people consider some of these (i.e. precise GPS location, health info, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep patterns, or the alike) to be ‘extremely’ personal information and therefore are private. Data mining, analysis, prediction, and eventually profit making and/or a form of control will be vital in many aspects of our lives in the foreseeable future. If this concerns you at all, look elsewhere.###≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a fairly decent FITNESS TRACKER (with some smart watch functions) that works just fine if you don’t care about any of the issues mentioned above , in particular the issues with the HR monitor and to a certain degree the step counter. It’s reasonably priced at $50 for what it provides (a generic fitness tracker, EF5/K65Pro) and its overall build quality, features, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.

I really like the watch design of this smartwatch. The metal watch construction is one of the reasons I wanted to get this. I like to use either a metal or wood watch band, and they don’t really go well with the plastic square designs you normally see in smartwatches. The set is really impressive, as it comes with three bands in total. It features a plain black silicone band, one camo silicone band, and one dark grey metal band. The quality of the bands are really impressive. I appreciate that they provided a tool to take out the links for the metal band. The process to do this was pretty easy, as I was able to remove the links within a few minutes. With a circular screen, you do sacrifice a little bit of screen size and usability. There is less area for information, and the circle interface can be less efficient for certain things. This is most noticeable when you look at emails or messages, as parts can get cut off. Fortunately most of the basics are not affected, as they are designed around this issue. The watch faces in particular offer more unique designs compared to rectangular screens. If you have multiple smartwatches, it makes the most sense to have them be on the same app so that your health data is on one platform. This watch uses the Fitcloud Pro app, and it is one of the better apps available. Their interface is really simple and easy to navigate. Personally, I really only use it to notify me of messages or phone calls. And through Fitcloud Pro, you can set any app on your phone to give notifications.I don’t really use the health aspect of these watches much, but all the standard ones are here. It can track heart rates, steps and even sleep quality. Though if you are interested in tracking your sleep, it may not make sense to get a metal watch. They are on the heavy side and could be uncomfortable to wear while sleeping. One minor issue I have with these watches is that they can get disconnected over time. It is very easy to go back into the app to fix this, but it is reactionary, as you really only notice this when a few messages don’t show up. I assume it’s a quirk that just happens when the bluetooth connection gets severed. It is not really a big deal, and almost all watches that I have tried do this.Overall this is a very good smartwatch. It looks great, and is at a very competitive price. Five stars.

I got a smartwatch a while back that I thought was really greatThen came this one which blew that one out of the water. There are dozens upon dozens of smartwatches out there now that kinda offer the same if not similar features and benefits. This one stands out among them due to the fact it comes with 3 wristbands and has more classic time piece faces. The watch kit is complete with watch face that unattached to any band as you get to choose which one you want. Even if you change your mind later, each band is easily interchangeable. There’s 2 silicone rubber bands, one in basic black and the other is a black light blue camo. The third is an all metal band. This watch kit comes with extra link pins and a pin press if you need to shorten the metal band. The kit also comes with a full color manual and instructions for use and a USB-C charging cord. Most of these new style fitness and fashion watches are of the larger face and thicker watch body style and this one is no different as the watch fave body is 14mm thick. Some may not like the thicker watch body look, but I do.As like most smartwatches this one offers Bluetooth connection with heart rate, voice message and call notifications, calorie and step counters, blood pressure and sleep pattern analyzer, a Bluetooth music remote, alarm clock, find phone and so much more. One of the rare features this watch has is the super bright LED flashlight. This flashlight is actually brighter than my phone’s flashlight. I can picture a lot of uses for this. This watch houses a larger than usual 530 mAh battery to keep everything functioning for 7–14 days before needed a full charge as indicated by manufacturer.Toggling through all the features and health benefit monitors is a simple process, and it is totally customizable by various theme steps that you can pick and choose. What I like most about this watch are the classic watch faces that it offers.I really appreciate the styles that make it look more like a real watch, versus a checkerboard graphic mishmash of block colors. The only thing I don’t really like is the remote camera trigger. You can only use the camera interface that is triggered from the FitCloudPro app so you have to open the app first in order to have the usable photo shake-watch trigger. This third-party camera app pops up with minimal camera functions, so you don’t get to have full control like do when taking a normal image with your cameras phone.Other than that, this is still a fantastic smartwatch

One of the best features of this watch is its large quality AMOLED display. The icons stand out really well against the deep black background and the colours are vibrant. Also, the resolution is good. The watch comes with 3 decent watch bands as you can see in one of my pictures. There’s also a device to shorten the metal bracelet if needed and a USB-C cable (which I forgot to include in the pictures). What is odd is that the manufacturer also included a kit to clean the watch prior to installing a screen protector but there’s no screen protector in the box. I would pay a bit more to get a kit which does include a screen protector. The watch itself is made of aluminum alloy and feels solid. Overall, I like the look of this watch even if I’m not a fan of some design choices that make the watch look a bit childish (the orange power button and the side LED light). The operating system and the menus are easy to use, set up, and navigate. There are 3 things about this watch that seriously annoy me. 1) If you want to know what time it is without touching any button, you can activate what is called the Always On Display or AOD in one of the menus; with AOD on, the watch will display an analog or digital watch face which doesn’t time out. These 2 default watch faces are not customizable. What is an issue for me is that the 2 AOD watch faces are not bright at all, even when you set the watch brightness to the maximum. I haven’t included these watch faces in my pictures because they are too dim and hard to photograph. That being said, other screens and watch faces are bright enough. 2) You need to press the power button to access a watch face with more health data trackers and, from that watch face, you can swipe to access the control center, various functions, the weather information or messages. The thing that bothers me is that once you get to any screen other than the AOD clock, that screen will dim out after a maximum of 30 seconds (you can customize this to less time). Afterwards, the display dims and very quickly reverts back to the AOD watch face. So, if you were examining data, it’s suddenly no longer viewable and you have to repeat your steps all over from the AOD watch face to see the data again. 3) You can download many watch faces via the FitCloudPro app but you can only save one. When changing the watch face, the previously saved one is deleted. With respect to the health data captured by this watch, SpO2 is reasonably accurate but we all know that this value in healthy people is 98% or 99%; so displaying an ‘accurate’ Sp02 value is easy to achieve. On a daily basis, I mainly use 2 other health monitors (hearth rate and blood pressure) and these are far from accurate on this watch. I also tested the step tracker for 3 days and compared the watch data to my fit bit data. The step tracker of this watch was off by an average of 2300+ steps. It’s important to realize that an app is required for the watch to function at its fullest and a lot of sensitive data is collected through the app (do read the fine print before downloading the app). The manufacturer and the app owner can share this data with anyone they want to and without your consent. That is often the case with budget smart watches but this is something to consider when buying such watches.I was tempted to give this smart watch a rating of 3 stars because of the average health tracking performance and some annoying features. To be fair, I am giving the Foxbox Military Smart Watch a rating of 4 stars because the seller includes 3 decent watch bands, the AMOLED display is really nice and the price is reasonable for all that you get.
