Useless for even the basic tasks
This is an awful buy! A total waste of money. I use it for e-mails, casual browsing and Netflix/Amazon films. I have grown an impressive beard waiting it to load. Once started it regularly then has to load when films are in mid-play, and often tells me the broadband is too much to allow it to play these! Good grief!! If it was not too much bother to argue the toss and send it back and claim a refund I would do it. As it is it’s in the recycling bin on Thursday. I will however mark the seller and NEVER buy from them again.

My renewed review: after doing my research, I think with this laptop you get a lot of bang for your buckI have had this laptop 3 weeks I have had some issues, the W11 wasnât activated I had to request the activation key in my opinion I found this somewhat unorthodox, however, I did obtain from support; I did expect it to be already activatedFrom time to time, I like to refresh, reset, re-install the W11 operating system for obvious reasons which again is in my opinion good computer housekeeping to undertake a good clean install and to my knowledge and experience, is a common practiceIn order to carry this out I asked support and they offer a USB recovery tool which I asked for and they sent to me; I found this also somewhat unorthodoxIt is pre-installed with Office, again I asked for the activation key in case I needed this too and this they also sent me I did feel initially the support was poor, however, to be fair it has improved significantlyI like to cast by wireless to my TV; one issue I do have is this laptop doesnât do this, I have never come across this issue before, however, support told me this laptop doesnât have the component necessary in order to do this, however, there are ways to overcome thisOverall, a 16gb ram and a terabyte SSD hard drive is generousI think I have given a true accurate review

To me this is a much more delicate machine to my previous 4 chunky laptops, more for a lesser person than my bulky fingered self. Having no Ethernet capability could be annoying for some but an adaptor USB -Ethernet may be OK reader come back if you know the answer. DVD player missing no problem as external models are cheap or in my case, already owned. A multi socket USB Hub would be useful too, I use a 7 socket one. I am 86 so learn as I go, meaning too technical questions from you the reader may be outside my pre WW2 Enigma ability Sorry! This rather compact laptop will interest me to see how long it lasts ,longer than me perhaps. Built in MS Office19 great and free Wireless mouse. All for under £500 I think the message from the Fsjun 12 volt supplied laptop to us all is “Be gentle with me please”

The laptop was delivered promptly & as described. Vibrant colours, nice and fast. Set up was easy enough. I was hesitant about buying a name I’d never heard of but it’s been a week now and no regrets. Can recommend.

Do not buy used 3 times then took nearly a day to load. Was slow and sluggish programs kept freezing then would get the “not responding” error
