PC handles all i throw at it no problems,couple of months in power supply failed after contacting amazon was put through to Geekom customer services who didn’t have a replacement in stock but sent me a link to buy a compatible one from amazon and promptly refunded the cost back to my amazon account the following day excellent product and customer service

Pleasant surprise – GEEKOM Mini PC Mini IT13, 13th Gen Intel i9
I bought this to replace a 5 year old AIO Dell, that I had been using for photo, video and word processing. This mini GEEKOM PC, has left me amazed! It’s fast, compact, powerful and run photo and video software like a breeze. Easy to set up, and the fan is very quiet. Impressive piece of kit.

Could do better….Customer services amazing
A very nice small but very powerful pc but certainly NOT for gaming frame rates poor juddering game play hard to aim or move well very disappointing. UPDATE TO THIS review I wasn’t expecting anything after this review, but how wrong I was the next day customer service contacted me with a bios update to try, this did improve things a little but not completely. Once again not expecting anything more customer services contacted me the next day offering a full refund I agreed to this and a returns label was sent the refund has now been received. My special thanks goes to Geekom customer service. Maybe a mini pc that can handle high end graphics might be something that your research dept could look at in the future,

Dont buy, This PC is constantly crashing
I bought one less than a week ago and it constantly crashes. You can’t get it to boot up again. Occasionally it tries to repair itself but this can take up to an hour (if you’re lucky). It’s not worked all day today. It’s a huge disappointment and a waste of money. Avoid.

Bargain deal price. Blistering fast after a long set up as it was saving to the cloud now resolved to saving to the c drive. Such a small size for a pc with i9 & 2tb storage.Bought to replace an i5 pc which is getting a bit slow.
