We began with bookholders. Our founder – Gary – was a student, finding reading a literal pain in the neck. “Use a bookholder,” his physiotherapist said, and Gary dutifully went to buy one.
He bought the best he could find. But it didn’t look that great. It wasn’t well-designed. It didn’t even work properly.
So he created a better one – the deckchair Bookchair. The start of a revolution in book accessory design.

Adorable!
This is such a good little phone holder. If I’m laying on the couch it works great at holding my phone up on me. Mine is a smaller size smart phone (6″ screen), I’m not so sure if it would work quite so well with a larger one especially in portrait orientation. When my phone is in landscape the little face on my avocado one just peeps out above the phone at me 😀 So cute!!

Even though this product is small and my phone is large it still comfortably holds my phone, both in portrait and landscape. If you feel it isn’t sitting well just pull the feet of the phone holder into the correct position. This is also one of the cutest phone holders I found while still being a good price.

I already had a dog version of this and ordered the avocado for my mumOn receipt I wanted one for myself because of how soft the back of it is. Very tactile.As for usage, they are ideal for resting your phone on whilst video calling someone. Positioned correctly, I am able to rest it on the arm of the settee and talk whilst remaining hands free.

Ich will jetzt nicht so weit gehen, dass der Handyhalter seinem Namen alle Ehre macht, aber das Modell “Kacke” ist maximal für kleinere Handys geeignet. Mit meinem Galaxy S23 Ultra leider – in senkrechter Stellung – nicht zu gebrauchen. Das gleiche gilt für das IPhone 13. Entweder fällt das Handy nach hinten runter oder es rutscht unten aus den “FüÃen” nach vorne weg. Im Querformat funktioniert es aber. Ein Nokia 3330 wird bestimmt auch in senkrechter Stellung halten, aktuellere Modelle eher nicht.
