Not a Toy – For Older Kids Not A 3-year-old
This is a lovely camera but with reservations. Comes well-packaged, you have everything needed for ready-made photo joy – camera, wrist strap, charging cable, instructions, stickers, even a memory card! But, while the supplierâs Amazon ad says âfor Boys and Girls Ages 3-12â the box it comes with clearly states âSuitable for use by individuals aged 14 and aboveâ (see photo).To be clear, our 4-year-old granddaughter loved it but she couldnât get to grips with it â literally â in order to take any decent pictures / footage. Therefore, she became frustrated all too quickly. Also, this lightweight camera is, in my opinion, not robust enough for a young childâs use.I think this kit is for older children whoâll appreciate what its features can do. Nonetheless, while disappointed that our granddaughter is at present unable to use this to its full potential, Iâm giving my review 4 stars as it is a great bit of kit for the older child.
