OK gel wrap, but I’ll stick to the standard ones
From the main product image I expected something that would offer stable support for your head when used, but this stand/neck stretcher is not part of the deal and so you are only left with a standard gel wrap that is barely better than any other you can find.I say barely, as the shape does align to your neck more, but this is negligible and I arguably even prefer having a standard one as my neck is bigger than your average person. I do like the reversible sides, with one being soft plus for skin-friendly cooling and the other side being nylon based for deeper cooling,Overall, this is an OK offering at good enough value, but not something I would choose over any of the other standard wraps I have.

I got this for kids sports tournaments, when they’re out in the heat all day long. It works well cold to drap around their necks and give them a quick cool down. The soft padded side doesn’t let as much cold through as I would prefer but its not a big deal, we just flip it over. I’m not a huge fan of the pillow concept, it’s a little awkward. Draping it seems like a much better use. It also works well on joints, elbows/knees etc.

I love the versatility of this gel pack. It can be used warm or cold. It has a plush side which is soft. It fits my neck stretcher and adds a nice touch to warm the muscles while stretching them. It can also be used alone so elbows, knees shoulders, hands and feet.
