Upgraded 3.1.2CH Soundbar System: Experience true immersion. Unlike conventional 3.1.2CH systems, our advanced soundbar is equipped with two specialized side tweeters and a dedicated center tweeter, expanding the soundstage for a fuller, more immersive experience. These additional tweeters enhance clarity, while precise overhead effects and deep bass deliver cinematic sound. With crystal-clear dialogue and rich spatial audio, this system elevates your home entertainment to a premium level
Feel the Full Spectrum of Sound with Dolby Atmos: The Hiwill A312 TV sound bar system, with its upgraded Dolby Atmos technology, redefines dimensional audio, transforming your home entertainment into a theater-like experience. With 3.1.2CH configuration, it delivers lifelike audio, including overhead effects, surrounding you from every direction. While a non-Dolby Atmos soundbar provides good sound quality, it falls short in delivering the depth, immersion, and realism that Dolby Atmos offers
Up-Firing Drivers for Elevated 3D Soundscapes: Immerse yourself in true cinematic audio with our advanced surround sound system, featuring two skyward drivers that project stunning overhead sound. These drivers create an expansive, three-dimensional soundstage, enveloping you in lifelike audio from all directions, including above. Perfectly designed for depth, clarity, and realism, this system transforms your home theater into a captivating experience
3 Premium Tweeters for Unmatched Clarity and Expansive Soundscape: Our soundbar features three high-frequency tweeters, including two exclusive side tweeters that significantly expand the horizontal soundstage. This enhancement optimizes treble and midrange, ensuring a more immersive, dynamic audio experience. With copper shorting ring and aluminum alloy diaphragms, the sound is precise and clear, delivering rich bass, crystal-clear dialogue, and a perfectly balanced, cinematic-quality sound
HXS Processing – Precision-Tuned Crystal-Clear Dialogue: Upgrade your audio experience with HXS Processing (ClearVoice Technology) and our advanced racetrack drivers, a clear step beyond traditional round speakers. The racetrack design broadens sound dispersion, enhancing bass and mids. Combined with HXS tuning, it ensures theater-grade clarity, deep, refined lows, and a perfectly balanced soundstage, elevating your home theater beyond standard 5.1CH systems
Hiwill Advanced Materials for Superior Sound: Equipped with copper shorting ring, aluminum-magnesium diaphragms, and embedded neodymium iron-boron magnets, this sound system outperforms traditional external magnet designs. The embedded magnets optimize the magnetic field for more stable, even dispersion, reducing vibrations and interference. This results in deeper, distortion-free bass and crystal-clear audio, providing a more immersive, precise listening experience with enhanced clarity
Tailor Your Sound & Connect with Ease: Our home theater system lets you fine-tune your audio with versatile EQ modes like PureSound, Movie, Music, and News, giving you full control over your sound experience. Whether for movies, music, or news, the soundbar adapts to your preferences seamlessly. Plus, with effortless connectivity via eARC, ARC, Optical, or Bluetooth, it integrates smoothly into your digital lifestyle—easy setup, no pairing needed

    Simple
So it was delivered pretty fast, nicely packed and was very easy to set it up. Its a pretty basic set up and more usable only if you dont like to listen music/movies loud. After half of maximum volume you can hear noise in stereo sound as well as bass sound. I would expect atleast 75% of the sound volume until it starts making sounds. Also, every single time when you turn on the sound system the volume sets up at 45 which is pretty loud. I do have kids, so after putting them to bed it a very big disadvatage for me as I always need to remind myself to get ready turn down the volume instantly. Overall. I think its great if you want only boost for your tv speaker and use only in considerable volume. From the looks its very plain and simple, does not take a lot of space, connects with bluetooth aux hdmi and more, build looks solid.
***So I added extra one star as customer service was amazing, contacted me themselves and offered better version of software which helped to solve the problems I had before.

    Ok but not great
I was surprised when this arrived at how compact the box was given that it contained a soundbar and a subwoofer. In the box you get the soundbar itself, the subwoofer, a remote control, batteries, HDMI cable with optional right angle adaptor (useful if you are wall mounting the soundbar), an optical cable, a jack to jack cable, and a power cable.
Setup is relatively straightforward – the subwoofer is connected to mains power – from the subwoofer there is a cable that then carried power to the soundbar and also the sound from the soundbar to the subwoofer.
You can connect the soundbar to the TV using a range of inputs but the primary ones would probably be HDMI if you TV supports ARC or Optical. I opted to use optical mainly because HDMI cables are bulky and hard to route whereas optical cables are narrower (but be careful not to bend too tightly). The included optical cable is absolutely fine, not sure why another reviewer was negative about it.
The soundbar seems to pick up whether the broadcast is using Dolby Atmos and decode accordingly and it does offer some element of ‘surround’ audio using the side and top firing speakers and whilst it isn’t going to be anything like that offered by separate discreet channels it is somewhat effective at being immersive. The sub is only 5″ or so and isn’t earth moving. It offers an element of bass at the bottom end but it is a bit “M’eh” to be honest. It absolutley is better than the TV speakers but it isn’t cinema quality by any stretch and for the listed price of £170 I was expecting much much more.
One annoying aspect is the very bright display that his behind the soundbar grill – there doesn’t seem to be any way to turn this off and it stays on for a very long time (sometimes always, sometimes it turns off after a while).
A bit disappointing overall – yes it is better than TV speakers but there are far higher quality options for the same price. This would be better priced around £80.

So getting to use this soundbar for about a week now. I had problems with it at first but thankfully the support from this company was amazing. There were quick to respond and with a solution. When you buy this guys, Important to watch for a message from the seller. They will provide you a message mentioning of a firmware you will need. And trust me you will want this firmware if you want this to work as intended.
The good thing about this soundbar is that is does deliver quality sound. Movies, Shows, But sadly trying to listen to music with. The sound is lost. Like the drums and such the deliver bass to your subwoofer. The bluetooth connection is good but I notice while your using the bluetooth connection. The soundbar auto changes back to E-Arc or Arc. And you need to change it back manually with the remote. Though I have tested it since the firmware update so many the firmware fixed this too. The build quality isn’t too bad it seems pretty solid. The subwoofer does have some pretty good weight to it so keep that in mind if plan to put this up on something and a fall could damage this. The value of the soundbar is decent and the $20 off was a great deal too. It was too hard to setup the soundbar but I would suggest reading the manual that came with it to hook it up properly.
Now as for the Dolby Atmos. I don’t think this is true Dolby Atmos cause when testing it with videos of audio that suppose to have sounds from above like jets, planes or helicopters. The effect to cast the sound above from the top firing drivers. But I can’t say for sure. I never had the chance to experience the Dolby Atmos but I’m sure it sounds better if it had surrounding speakers. But maybe it been better with a larger soundbar like longer bar that stretches across the bottom. Maybe I could be wrong. The black color of the bar looks ok.
The reason I have given this 4 starts instead of 5. Wish is worked good for music as well for the movies but the bass and treble isn’t the same as other speakers. I guess music isn’t built for surround sound but for TV.Movies which isn’t a bad thing. Overall a great sound system for the money you spend on it. But if want good music. Advice to get a dedicate speaker for music alone.

Sound quality is pretty clear with good mid tones which makes it clearly able to hear the conversations during the movie. The lower bass are not bad but I thought it was a little thin. When you increase the volume you can get a good low bass or increase the bass output from the sound menu settings. I ended up using the HDMA EARC and the optic digital output from the TV. Both performed well, but I liked the EARC feature better for the different sound formats, especially when you’re watching different online streaming content. The sound bar has left top and right top speakers in the bar allowing sounds to bounce off the ceiling for creating the different surround output. It does have some effect but not as a true side placement speakers. Be sure that those top mounted speakers are not blocked whenever you mount or place the sound bar by the TV. Has a good power on the volume so that even a larger room has no issue with able to have loud sound if needed. One thing I found distracting was that the on the front of the bar, it has display that shows different modes, volume, settings. etc. This is a bright text/number and it doesn’t seem to adjust to surrounding ambient lighting so if you do have it on in a dark room, it is very distracting especially when the sound bar is mounted just below the TV. You will have to go into the settings to change this setup. Did not test the Bluetooth feature since I already have a small external Bluetooth transmitter. Setup was a breeze but I would recommend getting longer video cables.

Note: I don’t know if the so mentioned firmware update (released on 2021, four years ago) is just an option or actually needed, I didn’t install it and so far I haven’t seen a need to do so.
Now, what you care about, my honest review:
Connectivity – In my case, it was plug-and-play, I turned the TV on and the sound bar connected automatically.
Sound Quality – You are looking at a less than $200 sound bar that claims to be “Dolby Atmos”, is it really? I don’t know, but the improvement in audio from the stock back/down facing TV speakers is worth what you’re paying for.
Presets – They do make a difference, specially the 3D option, which is the “Dolby” Surround one (it may be Atmos after all)
EQ – Is limited to just Trebel and Bass, there’s not that much difference, but I agree with other reviews that state the bass is thin, it really is.
Bottom line, at its price point, I can’t imagine a better option.
*No audiophile should even consider this bar, you have money for stuff that the “uneducated ear” like mine can’t hear or catch a difference in audio quality.

It is not that compatible with Samsung TVs. The sound gets interrupted and the speakers get silent for a while. Then stars to sounds again .
Can not take advantage of all the sound features of a Samsung TV
