What a great stabiliser and all in one selfie stick with remote
What a great stabiliser and all in one selfie stick with remote, by all in one I mean it has a single axis stability, does a full 360 standing up the phone, if you’re buying this and have a big phone, problem, i have a note 20 ultra, it does not do the full 360 as it get caught on the phone on normal mode, stand it up on the stand works great, but anything smaller what a great device this is and for the price, you can’t even complain, it had a handy remote which you can control the stabiliser many features and shortcut buttons, it has a long selfie stick with a stand, it gives you great footage or the simple picture, battery life it’s okay I say you will get a good 2-3 hours full usage (tested), the app that it comes with needs a lot of bug fixes asap, the only downfall of the product is thier app, other than that price perfect, product perfect, battery is okay, app is hmm subpar. But highly recommended.

Great Hardware, software is a bit naff
Only weird issue I have is the software/app doesn’t have an anti shake feature. The video I uploaded is just using the google camera where if used with the gimble is super stable. This unfortunately means some of the functions on the remote don’t work, but it you want a remote controlled tripod is absolutely brilliant. Panoramas, inception style turning of the camera and more are great. Definitely worth the money. ð

Glorified tripod
So initially whwb I got this product I was happy. The build and quality is great on this item but performance isn’t all that good.Remote buttons are so confusing. 2 clicks of one button to do this, or 3 clicks of the same button to do that. Hard to remember all the commands. Hold phone OK but when extended the weight of my Samsung s10+ it falls forward.Gimble is OK for the price but don’t expect smooth shots like you see on promo videos.I missed the return date slot so now, I have an expensive tripod with a Bluetooth remote that i never use.

Battery life
Says that the battery life when fully charged is 3 hours. I used this product to shoot a football game and the battery was dead by half time. So 45 minutes it lasted. It was fully charged with all lights lit. A great product but battery life is rubbish

You get what you pay for
Very impressed with it at first but when started using it turned out battery is a joke and afrer 3 uses on trips, the most used button on the remote broke, it doesn’t react to one press not to say two or three to take pictures or video. Without that remote it is just an expensive selfie stick that you can only extend to your arms length to be able to press that take picture button on you phone. App was ok and overall it was quite decent during the time it worked. If they would have spare remotes for sale as replacement parts I might have got more use of it but otherwise I wish I never bought it

OK so let’s state the obvious. This is 30 odd quid. It’s not hundreds. That being said the build quality is very good. Feels solid.The functionality is great but that depends what you are equipping with it.I have the note 20 ultra which is bigger than most phones so it cannot rotate 360 degrees. Slightly smaller phones will have no problems however.Single axis gimbal works great and having the extendable stick and a tripod built-in in really impressive.Battery life is great and with usbc charging makes my life easier as my phone uses the same.All in all really nice to use and very impressed.

This is the best portable very light Gimbal ever, It has a lot of features to use even without downloading the software of HOHEM, but if you want the full package go for it!, and best of all, you can hold it n your pocket, It is Ultralight. Also and very important thing, when you Zoom out for example on iPhone around 0.5x it doesn’t show the knob behind on the screen, like other do, and unfortunately, your video appears with something black on the right of the video, always happens when use the maximum zoom in (0.5x). But with this Gimbal (HOHEM) does not happen. Excellent Product, I recommend it. 051124-FD
