Wanted the bracket for a solar Ring panel. Fitted perfectly. Easy to get into place. Cheaper than the Ring equivalent. Would recommend.

My previous solar mount bracket had been damaged in the recent bad weather. This was not only easy to fit but also the adjustment mechanism for the angle of the panel had been modified sonce my last purchase of this mount and is much easier to use.

Early days – Potential limitation during winter months.
Purchased to go with a Ring spotlight camera. Worked well over the summer months but now the camera is not registering the panel as connected. I can only assume it’s not generating enough power over winter to register the panel with the camera. We’ll see as we get into Spring. If not there might be a connection issue.

Ormai è un anno che è lì, sospeso sulla grondaia della casa e, nonostante pioggia, vento e grandine, non si è mai spostato … e pensare che non l’ho nemmeno stretto troppo!lo consiglio

Ich nutze diese Halterung nicht für die Dachrinne, sondern für ein Balkongeländer. Der Klemmabstand ist groà genug, so dass die Halterung dort problemlos passt.Bei Ring sind die Gewinde alle gleich, so dass die Schrauben der Halterung auch problemlos bei der Kamera passen. Und so habe ich mit dieser Halterung auch meine Kamera am Balkongeländer befestigt.Die Halterung trägt das Gewicht der Kamera, was ja etwas höher ist, als beim Solarpanel, problemlos. Es ist keine wackelige Angelegenheit, sondern macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Mittlerweile hängen also zwei Halter mit Solarpanel und Kamera wochenlang. Nichts löst sich, nichts verschiebt sich, alles hängt noch genauso stabil da, wie aufgehangen.Von daher kann ich die Halter auch für die Befestigung der Kamera selbst empfehlen.
