Finally something that works!!!
Wow, what a saviour! I bought this product for my poor mum who has just had an op for a vaginal prolapse – she’s 55 and after 3 natural births 30ish years ago she has really struggled with it. After trying a few products she settled on this one and within a few days she has said it’s the perfect product for her recovery… When she needs some heat to soothe, she quickly warms the pack and when she needs some cool pressure (even after a hot flush) she just pops it in the freezer and it does the trick!!! This is definitely an underrated product and has so many benefits and uses for all women, not just postpartum. I highly recommend for all those who as the name suggests needs a happy nunny or simply wants to give that special area a little tlc… Fab product, fab name, spot on!

I bought these following surgery on my backside (male) and they work well. 20mins in the freezer and they are very cold, the protective sleeves protect your skin and are washable.. would recommend for general ice pack use also
