The mouse keeps freezing and keyboard keeps sticking
The keyboard was fine. The mouse worked, then didn’t work – the pointer kept freezing on the screen. Moving the dongle to a different USB port wasn’t the answer. The distance from dongle to mouse was about a metre. Having tried the recommended ‘fixes’ I gave up and requested (and received) a refund from Amazon. My old MS wireless keyboard and mouse had no issues. Very disappointed.Update 28 May 25:Having not found a suitable alternative keyboard / mouse I bit the bullet and bought another 330. I wish I hadn’t. Yes this one seemed a little better, the mouse only stopped occasionally, and I found that lifting up / putting down the mouse got it working again. However, there was a more serious issue with the keyboard. Occasionally one of the keys would stick and generate lots of unwanted letters or spaces on the screen. Not nice, not funny. Also, the letter ‘A’ needed a harder press to work relibly. Unfortunately, it’s too late to get a refund. If a can find a reliable alternative I’ll ditch this one. I’ve looked at Dell, but a lot don’t have a pound symbol. I want my reliable Microsoft keyboard back!

Doesnât work
Worst thing I have bought on Amazon. Keys continually stick & when you think you have finished typing you need to go back and start again. Terrible
