Bought same model as replacement for a version where the electronics were intermittently functioning and hp advised it wasn’t economical to repair. However, the machine performs what I need for a good price point.

Possibly the worst printer ive ever bought.
Was expecting good things from this HP printer. But was terribly disappointed.Although easy to set up, the printer seemed to over heat with the smallest of jobs. Error messages were abundant, and needed the manual to decifer them.The rollers to pull paper thru marked the sheets with indentations. The paper slot doesnt really hold the paper square generally, so prints can be wonky.Ok value for money if you only want the odd sheet here and there.One up side- the scanner worked well.Didnt use wireless but worked well with direct usb cable (not included)I expected more from HP, after they have taken over from samsung.

Great, once setup. Which is far from simple.
For starters, I am tech savvy and work in IT.This printer has all sorts of issues when setting it up. None of the basic instructions worked at all. AirPrint was the hardest to get up and running. PC setup was still difficult. Basically none of the canned instructions worked for me. I ended up downloading the software and doing it all myself. So bear that in mind. That said, now itâs all working I couldnât be happier. Prints well, and fast. Scans and copies in seconds too. Cute size also. If you only want black and white, Iâd say it perfect.

Easy to set up
I bought this laser printer as replacement for an hp inkjet one that had stopped printing. I found it very easy to set up. The instructions were really clear. The only mistake I made was not taking out 2 plastic rings holding the printer ink in place. I just rechecked the instructions and saw what I hadn’t done. The printer then worked first time. It’s very quick compared to an ink jet printer. I hope it lasts as long!

Unreliable wireless connection
Another HP printer that has issues with connection. Unreliable. Initial set-up took long and after a few weeks it lost the connection (I’m using wifi). Now even with HP support I’m unable to connect it back.

Wifi ile baÄlantısı sürekli kopuyor. Benim asıl istediÄim notebook ile evin istediÄin yerinden yazıcıya belge gönderip çıktı alabilmekti ama baÄlanmıyor. Ayrıca çift taraflı baskıyı tek seferde yapmıyor. Laser diye pek çok özelliÄi de vardır diye düÅündüm ama yanılmıÅım. Bu kadar paraya gerçekten deÄmezmiÅ.

Ero alla ricerca di una stampante laser che facesse delle belle copie e che fosse super veloce e devo dire che finalmente lâho trovata!! à bellissima esteticamente e non occupa spazio.. lâinstallazione è molto semplice ed è avvenuta in modo rapido. Ho aderito subito al programma HP+ che comprende un anno di garanzia commerciale in più, 24 mesi di accesso alle funzionalità avanzate dellâapp e sei mesi di stampe gratuite…acquistando questa stampante è possibile registrarsi al programma Instant Ink in cui si hanno 6 mesi di stampe gratuite e finiti i 6 mesi si può scegliere fra una vasta gamma di piani che si possono annullare o cambiare in qualsiasi momento .. Inoltre lâApp HP Smart monitora i livelli dâinchiostro e non câè rischio di rimanere sprovvisti della riserva poiché è collegata al Wi-Fi e parte in automatico lâordine( mi è già arrivata quella originale con allâinterno anche una busta per inserire il toner utilizzato poiché il toner è realizzato con materiale riciclato) à comodissima perché si può stampare ed effettuare la scansione in modo rapido senza essere provvisti di un computer documenti, immagini ecc.. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquistoð
