Good printer, build quality good.This printer was very easy to setup using the hp app.Prints good on standard A4 paperWith Graphics and text.Photos printed great.Scanner works great, just had to download latest scanner software from hp for this model.The ink tank’s are a great and no mess filling them up.Definitely a good purchase.

Huge ink capacity
Setting this printer up took a little longer than expected due to the software downloading process, but physically filling the ink tanks was incredibly satisfying and mess-free. The spill-free bottles work exactly as advertised. Print quality for documents is crisp, and the double-sided printing feature saves a lot of paper, though it does slow down the output speed slightly. The document feeder is a massive help for scanning multi-page contracts. I did notice the printer is quite large, taking up a significant chunk of desk space. The Wi-Fi connection has been stable, allowing me to print from my phone in another room without issues. The colours in photos are decent, if not studio quality. Knowing I won’t have to buy cartridges for a very long time is the main benefit here. The paper tray is enclosed, which keeps dust off the sheets. It runs relatively quietly, apart from the initial startup rumblings.

Multi function ink jet printer/scanner/copier
I’ll preface this review by saying that printers are generally my bête noir, they can be so temperamental. However, I found this HP printer to be very easy to set up. The HP website guides you through the installation process step by step and you can also download an app on your phone to allow you to send documents directly to the printer. The one small issue I had setting up was connecting the wireless functionality – nowhere in the documentation does it say that you have to press and hold the power switch to enable wifi on the printer, though I did work it out myself eventually!Once the printer is connected to your network, it walks you through how to fill up the tanks with the provided inks (you get a bottle of each colour and two blacks). The process was simple and not messy at all, all just a lid off/click on system. Print quality is excellent, I’ve attached a pic of a photo I snapped (printed on plain paper) alongside the original photo. I didn’t have photo paper to hand but I’d imagine it would be even better on a glossy page.Copying is also simple, there is a feed-in on the top which copes well with multiple pages, or you can copy direct from the glass – both options give you the choice of black or colour printing.The levels of ink and paper are both shown in the app (pic attached), and you can use the app to create pdf scans direct from your camera which are then editable before printing.The build quality of the printer is good – the only grievance I have with it is the supply cord, which just doesn’t fit tightly in the socket at the back of the printer. If I move the printer, it falls out. I’m not sure if I’ve just been unlucky or if it’s a design flaw but it’s a bit of an annoyance. That small point aside, I’m very happy with the printer – it claims that the ink will last up to 3 years, but I’ll just have to wait and see if that’s true!

The printer installs without difficulty and wireless setup is stable. Print quality is consistent for both text and colour documents. The refillable ink system is clean to use and aligns with the stated long-term ink capacity.

Nightmare to connect then locks up when it finally connects after a couple days!Support is a waste of time!Paid nearly £300 for this junk then Amazon offered me a partial refund of £20.30 I wanted to keep the useless item instead of sending it backð±ð¤·ââï¸

Another superb printer from HP – this one is ideal for a small or home office
Since printer manufactured upped their game on the recycling front these eco printer have been a boon and the new HP range is no exception. Supplies in the box is the printer, instruction, power cable and a full set of ink in sealed bottles. As with all HP printers the set up can be straight forward but this printer is a little different as it has both Wi-Fi and ethernet capability (the lower models are only have Wi-Fi capability). Connection is simple and can be done via your PC or Mac or via the HP app itself which guides you through the process.Filling is easy and one bottle of each colour is included. Each section is colour coded as are the bottles. With sensible home you should get (as it states) 3 years out of the ink supplied with the printer, but this of course depends on your printing needs, both the bottle and the printer are fitting with anti spill system â open the cap, âclipâ the bottle in and squeeze.Having used this printer now for a while weâre quite impress by the print quality which is good for general usage printing but isnât quite as good as you might find on a specific photo printer as it lacks the extra colour cartridges and the solvent ink, but it is a great improvement on previous eco machines machine.This machine also comes with a 32 page document feeder for copying and scanning (print side up) which works really well in in an small or home office environmentWe should mention HP operates a free recycling service too for the empty bottles â information inside the box.
