Good smart RGBW G9 bulb option
Bought with 20% saving to replace 5 G9 Cool white bulbs in a ceiling lamp. Configured to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi as would not use 5G but worked with Bluetooth as well. Linked SmartLife app to Alexa and can now control lamp through voice. Added a button so physical control possible as well. So far so good with excellent white light output and colours are not bad either. Green seems a little lighter than i would have liked in comparison to a Phillips Hue bulbs but not a significant issue.Would certainly buy again if their lifespan is as expected.

So Easy to Set Up
These are so simple to set up. Download the app, they connect and youâre done. Added mine to Alexa and can control them anywhere now. Colours are great too. You donât have to put up with that harsh cold light as you can choose the colour you want. They also come on as last used after set up, which I like. Best smart bulbs Iâve bought yet â¦. and Iâve bought a lot!

Work very well with Smart Life and Alexa Apps
They were easy to fit in our lounge ceiling light and defaulted to cool white on start up which matched are existing G9 LED bulbs. Although they are dimmable, they did not dim with our dimmer switch and can only be controlled with the âSmart Lifeâ or Alexa app. They are rated at 4 watt to produce 400LM so did not look out of place against our standard bulbs.When first switched on they quickly flashed indicating that they were in pairing mode. Since I already had the Smart Life app on my phone I was able to select âSwitch wi-fiâ as per the instructions and the 3 bulbs immediately paired with the app one after another. Having successfully paired them I was able to change the colours from the variety of options available in the app, and also group them together so I could control them as a single bulb for greater convenience. My Alexa app was already linked the Smart Life app so the three new bulbs were immediately recognised in that app too, so again I was able to group them and then get them to turn on and off using Alexa.Overall these bulbs work very well and can easily be controlled by the app, although they will not dim with our dimmer switch which is a little disappointing. I guess they are about averagely priced compared to other son the market.

Five stars for creativity.These are beautiful bulbs but why oh why did the maker not choose bulbs with a dimmable circuit? I bought them knowing they weren’t but if they were I’d be buying a whole lot more for my vintage lighting business.

Did not light up surroundings in different colours, the colours just blended. Maybe my expectations were too high- the lamps themselves look decorative in and of themselves.
