FANTASTIC LIGHTS AND CAMERA.
Very pleased with it, very easy to install, connects to the wi fi very quickly, and you can view your home even when many many miles away. We are very impressed with it. It beats the door bell camera, because as itâs on the lights people are not aware itâs there. And if you are expecting a parcel and are not in, you can even talk through the speaker and tell them where to leave it. A +++++

Great customer service.
Picked this product because of the reviews which were mainly positive. The first one I received had some issues so I contacted customer services who gave me some troubleshooting advice. This didnât work so they sent me out a new one. The new one was fitted and works perfectly. Although the first one had a fault, I was so impressed by the customer services, rather than sending it back and not getting a replacement I persevered. Iâm so glad I did. So I would definitely order from this company again.

Works well after changing WiFi to 2.4Ghz
I returned the first of these I ordered seeing one of the lights had been put on upside down. Seeing exactly the same thing on the second I was about to do the same, thinking that poor quality control was the reason for the significant discount over the normal selling price. Happily I discovered that one can rotate each light, so the protective cowl is at the top..doh!Installation was straightforward with the screw holes in almost exactly the same position as my previous light (this light has then 7.5cm apart v 8cm for my old one) so I could use one existing hole and keeping the old rawl plug in place squeeze a screw in just next to the other. To get it to connect to my Virgin hub I needed to disable 5Ghz by logging into the router (192.168.0.1). After that, following the supplied instructions worked fine (beforehand, the camera configuration just timed out after a couple of minutes). The camera is maybe 25 feet away from my router with an internal and external wall in the way but though the installation said the signal was too weak (around 35%) it installed and worked ok. Only issue is that if I turn 5Ghz back on I can’t connect to the camera. Still, 2.4Ghz gives with 50Mbps download so not a big issue for now.Everything on the camera works fine and as expected from the blurb with a nice clear picture (HD is enough for me though higher is available). Motion detection works well and even when set to high alerts are triggered just with human rather than fox or other (wind blowing parasol, branches, etc.) movement up to 20 feet away. The light (set on detection sensitivity of 8/10) does trigger (looks like this does not use the same AI as the video recording motion detection) with nearby fox activity but that has been rare so far with just one ‘false’ light in the night, unlike my previous PIR halogen light which triggered frequently even with the wind blowing the garden table parasol.Negatives are fairly minor so far and not an issue for me given the price I paid (£65). I can’t see how to change the light brightness in the app, the light is cooler (less natural and more like a fluorescent tube) than my old 150w halogen and not quite as bright but does cover a wider (and configurable) area and being LED is much cheaper to run. I guess there is no way to change the lights if they fail. There is no cowl over the camera lens so it may need a wipe in time with rain and dust.It hooked up to Alexa surprisingly easily and the good infra red throw means one can see what’s going on without having to get up or turn a light on.It looks like you need the app to turn the light on outside of motion activation (max duration is 60s) or any regular scheduled period (you can set a start and end time) and it would be nice to have a feature to be able to control that from Alexa (all you can do is tell Alexa you want to see the camera).I bought a 128G card so no ongoing storage costs (one camera I had from another manufacturer slyly introduced these over time so you had to pay to be able to see motion-triggered video). Although I set recording to ‘event’ rather than ‘all day’ it does seem to record a lot of footage at night (even though no actual motion alerts trigger), so say 10G a day but it looks easy to format the card if it fills up and is not clever enough to intelligently write over the oldest footage. Also, helpfully, one can see a history of the times of ‘real’ human motion-activated alerts and clicking them takes you to that timestamp so no need to scroll through all the hours of footage it records. So, we’ll have to see how it lasts but overall I am happy so far – if helpful please give this a like!

Value for money Product
It’s a value for money product. I provides very clear night vision in your mobile ieGeek app. Brightness of flood lights are also very good. Installation is also easy in simple and clear steps given in manual.

Wireless Floodlight Camera – what else could you want.
I have found this to be an excellent Camera right from taking it out of the box. It is robust, well designed and works flawlessly. I found initial installation and setup to be uncomplicated and relatively straight forward. I was up and running within a few minutes of downloading the App.I have chosen to use ieGeeks’ own App for the remote management of the Camera, which has proven quick and responsive. A good internet connection really helps with the remote viewing of the camera. I have accessed the camera via the app with a 4G connection with no issues. The bonus with ieGeeks’ range of Cameras is that you do not need to commit to a monthly subscription. This is why I initially chose their products. Simply buy a cheap SD card and slot it in. From there it is simple to configure the camera to record continuously, or just events as they happen. The App will notify you when events occur (which you can customize or turn off) if there is someone working/playing in from of the camera. Simply click on the notification and you can see what is happening live, or what happened when triggered. There is also an option built into the ieGeek App to have a small amount of free cloud storage. A premium plan for enhanced cloud storage is available for a small fee each month. The area to be monitored by the motion detection of the camera is customizable, so nuisance alarms can be diagnosed by watching back the recorded event and then altering the motion detection area accordingly. Also the general sensitivity of the motion detection system can be scaled depending on the installation environment.Two-way communications between the camera and the App is also possible, so it is possible to speak to people in real-time to determine what they are doing! The camera/app combination give the option to capture screenshots and record live video, etc, directly to the App.The Flood light has also come in handy for working outside in the dark. The floodlight brightness is adjustable and it can be overridden in the app so that if you are in one place continually you do not have to re-trigger the motion detection to make the floodlight come on again.All-in-all this is a great little camera to have, that checks a lot of boxes for me. I have found the ieGeek Customer Support responsive and quite useful in the past.I highly recommend this Camera.
