This is a smart bulb with Bluetooth connection, only support alexa speaker and BRmesh APP control, not compatible with Google Home or Apple HomePod.

Note: If the device list in the alexa APP frequently shows a red dot and indicates a device exception, please upgrade the speaker firmware.
(1)If you want to use with Google HOME or Apple speakers, please consider our WIFI light!
(2) If you don’t need the BRmesh APP, you can uninstall BRmesh after the lights are added to Alexa, it will not affect the use of these lights on Alexa.
How to pair with Alexa/Echo.
1, Download BRmesh APP through Apple or Google Play Store
2, Use BRmesh APP to add lights.
3.Click “Activate Alexa” on BRmesh APP. Let the light enter the “Alexa pairing state”.
4. Say “Alexa/Echo, find device” to the speaker.
Then you can use Alexa to control the light.
Common Alexa Speaker Commands:

Add a Light: “Alexa/ Echo, Find device”.
Color Temperature Adjustment: “Alexa/Echo, Set first light to red”. (Crimson, Salmon, Orange, Gold, Yellow, Green, Turquoise, Cyan, Sky blue, Blue, Purple, Magenta, Pink, Lavender, White).
Adjust Brightness: “Alexa/Echo, Set first light to 1%” (or other brightness values).
Power On/Off: “Alexa/Echo, Turn on/off first light”.

My ilc bulbs keep not being recognised by alexa. I have still bought more cos they work well with the app. And the seller kindly offered a full refund. Can’t say better than that.

Alexa compatible and very energy efficient smart bulbs
Smart Bulbs have such a versatile use in any room from their energy saving quality and features such as voice commands via Alexa or using the app to control the level of light and even choosing colours. This pair of bulbs is incredible value for money, I have used similar ones around the home but this is the first set with RGB element to them and I am very impressed.The app is a fantastic way to control the lightbulbs from a smart device with minimal setup and all you really need to do is be near the bulbs with them switched on (from the mains) and having your home Wi Fi password. Once done, you can control the lights for their brightness, light style and even colours. Timers can be set to turn them on or off, perfect for that added touch with an early morning alarm. For me though, it was the compatibility with Alexa, meaning I now have voice command access to the lights as I do with the other bulbs in my home. I can turn the lights on or off from any of my Alexa devices so before I even go to the room I can turn them on and if I forget to turn them off, I can do that from the Dot in my kitchen.I could go on, but the versatility, range and energy saving offering is enough by themselves for this bundle of four smart bulbs to be easily recommended by me.

Ease of set up.
Obviously for connection to Alexa. Almost just like plug and play. Instructions were easy to follow and worked as soon I connected to Alexa. A lot faster when commands issued to Alexa to operate than other bulbs I have bought that use WiFi.

Standard smart bulb that’s tied to BRmesh and Alexa
The bulbs are pretty standard smart light bulbs. I plugged one in and asked Alexa to find the bulb which they did pretty swiftly. I could then change colours and brightness from within the Alexa app on my mobile.The thing that annoys me is that these bulbs only support BRMesh and Alexa. I use Homeassistant to pull together all the different protocols and manufacturers into 1 product so I can control everything centrally. unfortunately these bulbs are pretty well tied down, and really not very “open” at all. I’m unable to control them via Homeassistant (or any other voice assistant other than Alexa).The bulbs are not super cheap, though of course much cheaper than the well known smart bulbs, and so I would like them to be more available to other assistants.
