Surprised at how good these are, I bought them for my Blazar anamorphic lenses and they’ve added so many more shooting options. The x2 and x4 even allow a filter to be added (the other two are too bulbus!). Amazing value, nice padded case too.

Pretty good for the price
I bought this for my Sony RX10IV. Being a fixed lens camera, I cannot fit a macro lens, so these lenses are a good substitute. I have only used the +2 and +4. The photo attached was taken with the +2 lens at maximum telephoto. On the negative side, these are single element lenses, so chromatic aberration is inevitable, but you will pay about 5 times the price of this set for a single achromatic close up lens. Also the depth of focus is very limited, but once again that is inevitable. On the plus side the autofocus works fine with these lenses and the image quality is impressive. It does take care and practice to get the best from these lenses, but definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Very good quality
These filters are very good quality and so is the accompanying pouch case.I think the negative feedback from some people is because they donât understand that close-up/macro filters and lenses will not produce an in-focus image throughout. You will only get the central part of the image in focus. That is the nature of the beast. Also, you need patience and a tripod to focus accurately, including having the camera on manual focus. Slow down, and the filters are a good introduction to the art of close up photography.

So I use my camera for landscape photography but I wanted a macro lens for the odd close up.I didn’t want to spend loads of money on a macro lens as I wouldn’t be using it very much, these lenses are great for the odd close up! Without having to spend loads of money on a lens you might not be using very often.They’re also handy to just slip into your camera bag which again is really convenient!So for me they’re ideal!Really pleased with them!

De resultaten van deze opzet macrofilterset vallen een beetje tegen aan de randen van de foto, maar dat zal wel eigen zijn aan deze vorm van macrofotografie. Verder wel handig te plaatsen op de lens.
