A must have for my DIY
I used this laser measuring tool for measuring up a garage conversion and found it invaluable…So easy to use and with an accuracy of under 2mm made the job of estimating needs and actual build so much easier than a tape measure.Even where accuracy was important I found only 1mm variation against a tape measure….This is a DIY aid well worth having…

Amazing value for the money
I must admit, expectations were low, but for £6.99 I felt it was worth a risk. I was away from home, hadn’t bought my Fluke multimeter with me and wanted to do simple resistance and voltage measurements. The supplied AAA batteries were easy to fit and it worked fine – a little slow perhaps compared to my Fluke in arriving at a stable reading, but seemed to work just fine. Build quality of the meter and probes was surprisingly good for the money. I haven’t done a comparison for accuracy, but seems ok so far – no complaints at this price.

Bit confusing to use picks up everything even though you want electricity in wall ,goes off even on wall with no wires in !!

Excellent tool – don’t hesitate to buy
I needed this tool for a council tax appeal and it worked brilliantly straight out of the box to accurately measure my home. I also used it to measure the patio for new stones which would have taken me ages with a tape measure. I know I’m going to use this a lot in my renovating and fledgling interior design business.

Extraordinary toy
Weâve wanted one for a while. I hesitated between this and a bubble one. Not sure if my choice was the best as it takes a bit to get to the right angle and those numbers are kind of small in the screen.However, it works well and itâs easy.

Not reliable
Sometimes it picks up the electric wires. Other times is doesn’t at all. If you move fast it claims there are electric wires where I know here is not. The only time it has been reliable is if I hold it over an actual plug socket. Maybe I just have bad walls? But I don’t think so.
