Absolutely love this looks really nice.It was so easy to connect to might WiFi.As well as easy to mount it is easy to detach from mount to recharge.It came 75% charge and 2 days later at 70%The picture quality both day and night is fantastic.Iâve never had a ring door bell but friends have and quality just as good just not as expensive.

Iâve never returned anything so unsure as Iâm disabled and donât get out much ?
This device seems to be faulty I am familiar to how it works as have had the same device at my previous property and all other cameras bought from you work perfectly , there seems to be a fault with the device as itâs not connecting to the wall bracket and staying on when I take off and slightly squeeze just under the lens it comes on and stays soon as I let go it gos off also will not !! Despite joining up to extra cloud storage let me view when away from property I am due to go on holiday and the flats I live in has all walks off life living in here and have had numerous parcels taken by visitors to the building or a resident is stealing them so need this doorbell up and running properly asap .. bit disappointed â¹ï¸

For the price it was a no brainer. Thought that even if it didnât work too well we could use it as a security camera. But itâs great! Really easy to set up and sync to the phones. Picture quality is good, not amazing, but more than ckear enough on a phone screen. Intercom function is slightly laggy, with a few seconds pause between talking and playback but not a massive problem. Buying another for the back door! Looks like more cameras can be added to the app too so looking at a high level solar camera too,
