Firstly a big thanks to Finity Trading. Initially I received an item and it was not working. I cancelled my order on the same day. The very next day I called a call from the seller and he told that he will replace the product and he did it in the next day. You are a rockstar. The product is working wonderful now.Thanks so much. Value for money, ease of use and ease of setup, the usb ports all works fine, every usb c and their connectivity works fine.

We use this dock with a few Dell systems including the Latitude 5591, Latitude 5520 and Precision 3551. It supports two screens natively but we also purchase the Kensington USB to HDMI adapter to add a third screen. We connect the HDMI/USB adapter directly to one of the USB ports on the dock and it works perfectly fine; though note that this is not a recommended scenario by their support team. We’re using office applications like Excel, and video calling like Microsoft Teams and this equipment handles it perfectly whether it’s in USB-C mode or in the optional USB-A mode offered by the adapter on the docking cable.I have significant bias to Kensington because their docks are reliable and easy to setup for use. Our company has been through dozens of similar Kensington docks including the SD4700P and SD4750P and this one works just as well but is the newer higher spec’d one. We’ve purchased about fifteen of this one in particular. The main difference is that this one, the SD4780P, can deliver more charge to the laptop while it’s in use. This one delivers 100w PowerDelivery which was a lot more necessary for the power requirements of our Precision models. (As opposed to the other older models which deliver something like 65 to 80 watts.)Note that some of our laptops have turned out to be finicky and showed issues when using the USB-C docking port. This leads to things like strange Windows messages about charging speed, USB devices malfunctioning, or flashing screens. In almost every case, it’s been due to a USB-C malfunction on our brand new Dell Latitudes. They’re covered under warranty so Dell comes out to replace the motherboards and then everything works just like it should. If you find similar problems your USB-C port may have an issue.In a few cases the dock itself has been at fault but Kensington customer support has always been very responsive and make it right.This dock may not cut it if you need to use the bleeding edge high-spec features in expensive monitors for graphic-intense scenarios. If that’s what you need I seriously suggest a desktop computer with dedicated graphics card. Good luck finding a docking station that actually does all that without breaking the bank. For us, this is the perfect flexible dock for fulltime staff and hotdesking users alike.

Se desconecta continuamente y hay que reiniciar maquina para restablecer funciones.Es muy complicado calibrar los dos monitores que están conectados ya que el software de calibración se confunde con el device.La computadora en algunos programas presenta conflicto con los perfiles de calibración y/o espacios de color.
