Several flaws and died after 6 months
Update: After 6 months, this completely stopped working. I got alerts that it was offline, so assumed the batteries were dead, but changing them did nothing. It has been returned.This fundamentally seems to work OK, but:1) If you have a ‘normal’ UK radiator, where the valve is on the bottom, then the display on this is upside down. I’ve contacted their support, and despite it being a display, and being rectifiable with a software change, they claim it’s not2) You need a gateway3) The gateway comes with a USB power cable but no plug – something increasingly common, and I’ve now reached the point of not having enough old USB plugs4) The integration in smartlife is so-so. The timer is fiddly compared to other devices5) Not silent when operating (specifically when changing temperature – not too bad really)6) The LEDs on the base station can light up a room, so not suitable to be placed in a bedroom

Very good. Perfect for controlling temp in my bedroom.
I bought this because I was fed up of sleeping all night with the radiator on to ensure it was warm in the morning. Now, it goes off at 11pm, and back on for 6am. Fantastic. The set up was extremely easy (although I work in tech). I’m very pleased and would recommend.

Ich habe das Starterpaket mit Gsteway gekauft. Die Installation des Gateway als auch die Verbindung des Thermostat sind problemlos. Ãber die auf das Smartphone runterzuladende Smart Live App, über die ich bereits smarte Lichtschalter betreibe, ist die Verbindung azch zu Alexa kein Problem und funktioniert tadellos. Die richtige Temperatureinstellung über die Automatikfunktion muss man sich für seine Bedarfe und je nach Raum heraustüfteln, kommt letztlich auch immer darauf an, wo sich der Heizkörper und somit der Thermostat im Raum befinden. Die Einstellungen der Zeitzonen über die App, sprich zu welcher Uhrzeit welche Raumtemperatur erzielt werden soll, ist auf Grund der möglichen Zeitintervalle etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber letztendlich verständlich und machbar. Kurz und gut, ich bin bis jetzt zufrieden. Allerdings wurde der Preis seit meinem Kauf vor ein paar Wochen um 10,00⬠angehoben.

Das Thermostat ist unbrauchbar. Ich hatte vor ca.3 Wochen schon ein Thermostat gekauft und reklamiert, weil ich an ein Defekt dachte. Das zweite Thermostat hatte die gleichen Fehler. Raumtemperatur wird völlig falsch angezeigt. Wenn man auf “Heizen” dreht, springt das Gewinde vom Heizkörper raus. Wer ein Türstopper braucht, dafür gut, aber zu teuer.

Après avoir dû renvoyer le premier équipement défectueux , le deuxième essai de procéder à lâinstallation. Une fois accomplie lâinstallation de la passerelle wifi vers la vanne (après plusieurs tentatives) , reste à calibrer correctement la vanne pour quâelle reproduise la température réelle de la pièce au moment de lâinstallation et ensuite, lorsquâelle entre en fonction. Là ça se corse sérieusement car le mode dâemploi est plus que lapidaire tandis que lâapplication associée est particulièrement avare en matière dâassistance I jâai fini par trouver une solution maison de manière empirique. Mais si le produit a fini par fonctionner, il mériterait de bénéficier dâune application plus complète autorisant aussi des fonctions plus avancées (ex: augmenter la température pour une demi-heure seulement dans la salle de bain, le temps de prendre une douche , sans perturber la programmation, etc) . Bref, revoir lâergonomie pour lâinstallation et pour lâusage.
