Q: Why advertise as 128GB and only get about 117.72GB?
A: It says 128GB as it mean 128 trillion byte. It have to divide this by 1024(which is a true kilobyte), then again to get megabytes, and again to get gigabytes. It then works out at 117.72GB as far as technology is concerned. But it is 128GB as far as for sell is concerned.
Q: Why can’t my TV/Car recognize the USB flash drive?
A: This may be due to the incompatible format supported by your device and the format of the USB stick. exFAT is factory default format. Format the USB flash drive on your computer into the format supported by your device.
Q: Why the speed is unstable?
A: Generally, the speed of the USB stick will not maintain a constant value, and will fluctuate up and down regularly. The speed depends on your host. To have a better performance, we recommend that you turn off unnecessary programs and compress large files in zip or rar format before transmission.
