Mr. John Bartlett –
Excellent
Not the fastest usb but I simply wanted to carry videos for watching on tv. A warning about use with tv, the default format is not recognising by my new tvs, so I reformatted to NTFS and it works fine now.

It works.
It’s small, it’s solid, (you could probably run your car over it, and have it still work). I copied around 20Gb. across to it in one hit with no noticeable difference in temperature. In other words it does what you’d expect. I’ve never had any problems with Kingston in the past, and don’t expect to this time. Oh and it looks nice.

Very slow transfer speed as said by others
I just left it to transfer for 12 hours for half the drive to be filled. Slow read but thankfully improve after a while to play movie. Good for the price and long term storage. Not for short term data use

Great USB stick
Great little product I keep it in my purse, its so tiny ðFeels nice and sturdy not made of plastic at all âºï¸ I was able to upload my documents quickly and easily and transfer to another device. All works perfectly âºï¸

Garbage. Write speed drops to 0.25Mb/s
Initial impressions in CrystalDiskMark look decent…. and then you actually use them. These are pure garbage. We are talking the scrappings of budget USB pens. These from a company like Kingston is a disgrace. They are not fit for purpose. Both the ones I bought are the same. What you get is 50-70MB/s for about 2-3 seconds… down to 0.25Mb/s… pause for 10 seconds. Back up to 50-70Mbs and so the cycle continues. They are unable to maintain ANY sort of speed. USB 2.0 would be quicker. Under Linux is worse, the speed actually drops to 0 and stays there for minutes before a burst of speed. This is exactly what others are describing in the other reviews. STAY WELL CLEAR. My Sandisk Ultra 512GB are vastly superior to these

Fast, small with loads of capacity
Perfect little USB key, works super fast with lots of capacity. Can’t fault it.

Little stick with a massive memory
Amazing technology that helped me transfer the contents of my old computer to my new one. It’s a lot of memory.
