Fantastic Stand, heavy base, easily adjustable, worth the extra cost. Never need to buy another.

Solid product. It’s rightfully a standard
This boom stand is pretty much an industry standard for semi-pros and is very sturdy. The best feature is that the base is really heavy, so it stays put. Please note you don’t get any clips for mics, etc, you have to get those separately and screw them on, but they are really cheap.

excellent quality mic stand, no trouble holding even pretty heavy mics and stays in place well – tested it with pencil condensers, sm57s, and an akg d112 (which isnât light!)

A saga only for the strong minded!
I have deducted a star- please read to the end.I had to wait several weeks for this which was okay as it was noted in the description. When it arrived the Amazon box had opened at the end and the stand had become damaged during transit so the delivery driver said it had to be returned.So I was given a refund and ordered it again.After several weeks it arrived and again the end of the box had opened during transit and also the end of the manufacturerâs box had opened, leaving the stand to drop out of the packaging all together. I inspected the item and thankfully it was not damaged.In summary:An excellent mic stand that will last a very, very long time. In another league from the cheaper stands that struggle to hold a micâs weight on an extended arm.The Amazon packaging is poorly done. Requires more tape on the end of the box please Amazon.Donât order if you find disappointment difficult to deal with. If you can handle disappointment then this will probably be one of the most pleasing items you will ever purchase.

Heavy Duty
One for the studio that, with the big counterweight, will cope with the weight of a Neumann TLM49, a Shure SM7b or Electro-Voice RE30. The heavy base and locking castors keeps it all stable and reasonably mobile. The mini-boom with its 3/8 and 5/8 options make it easy to work with mics that come with the option of a vertical orientation of a suspension mount, or where one wants to have a mic close to the desktop without the main boom getting visually in the way of the monitor.

J ai demandé un échange pour le même de la même marque plus bas car j’ ai fait une erreur de taille la hauteur minimale de celui ci est trop haute pour mon instrument cela ne me permettait pas de le positionner comme souhaitéJe suis fidèle a cette marque K&M du fait de la robustesse et de l aspect pratique. et ce support était excellent. j’ai reçu le nouveau plus bas qui est très bien. Pie de micrófono profesional, de acero y aparentemente muy resistente. Lo unico que no esta bien, es la última sección que encaja muy duro..Un fallo que posiblemente a otro tipo de cliente que tenga que estar usándolo en continuo sea un problema. Un defecto en la fabricación,,que se dejo pasar..Tal vez le faltó un pequeño ajuste que intentaré solucionarlo. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Tous les tubes ont un diamètre et/ou une épaisseur inférieure aux autres K&M que j’avais, donc peu stable et très flexible : Je ne repartirai pas sur ce modèle, K&M fait bien mieux que ça mais il fallait passer par une commande chez le géant mister “T” en Allemagne avec une livraison à 3 jours et je n’avais pas le temps …
