Wonderful design. The phone holder being attached in middle and the design pinching in below this means that the USB cable can be attached in portrait vertical mode. Other designs do not allow this so this is the perfect one to buy. Smooth side movements, wonderful results

Phoneholder can not hold the weight of a Samsung A15 Smartphone, cheap plastic fail.
The auto Face Tracking tripod is great, but !. for one major failing.Yes, it’s great to track where you go, there is nothing hard here. BUT the Phone holder is not substantial enough, strong enough to hold my Samsung A15, which is not a large smartphone. Whether my smartphone is in a verticle line or horizontal line in the phone holder, it can not hold the weight of the smartphone. So when you put the Auto tracker on a coffee table, my camera on my phone sees horizontally. Now, when I sit on a comphy settee, being slightly higher, my phone camera does not see my face, it sees my tummy, my head cut off. The weight of the smartphone on the cheap plastic phone holder hinge does not allow the smartphone to be held at any angle but vertical. What a shame for such a good piece of electronic AI. This is not good for WhatsApp calls, just seeing my tummy.
