Fantastic value for money
This is such a fantastic solution to my home working problem. I have a PC, monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and my works laptop. Admittedly I did have to spend an extra £40 to upgrade my graphics card to HDMI but itâs worth the cost to be able to easily switch between both machines without the need to unplug things.As another reviewer mentioned, there is a slight problem with some laptops having their hdmi port on the opposite side of their USB ports – the usb cable attached to the hdmi cable isnât long enough) but this can be easily resolved with a usb extension cable.One other problem I came across – that meant I had to cut a little bit of metal out of my pc case above the graphics card – is that the blue sheath around the Hdmi Plug is VERY thick, at first I thought it wasnât working until I realise it wasnât pushed in far enough to the socket on the graphics card. For this reason I dropped it down to a 4 star which is a bit of a shame because everything else about it is very impressive.

Product fails – avoid
I would recommend you avoid this product. The idea is sound and the functionality is just what I need, but I have now had a unit that developed a fault within a couple of months, and the replacement has also failed within a month. I have no appetite to try for a third time, so I will look for a better unit – I guess you get what you pay for.

Does what it says!
I bought the MT-HK04 (4 port) version and it does the job very well. Easy to set up.The only slight issue I had was that power is taken via the break-out USB lead (part of the special HDMI cable). On one PC it worked but started to momentarily keep losing picture. I think the USB2 port on my PC was not supplying enough current. I swapped the lead to a USB3 port and I haven’t seen the problem since – so make sure you use USB3!

Mostly workd, loud beep, not working for xbox wireless controllers.
Works well and automatically switches, makes a loud beeping noise often. Unfortunately USB ports don’t seem to work for my Xbox controller wireless adapter, so annoying…

It Works absolutely perfectly
This KVM Switch works flawlessly.The switch to change the channels is excellent and it is awesome to be able to switch directly to a machine without a serial switching from one to the other.It is very responsive and immediately switches channels when pressed or when it detects a new machine coming onlineAll in all Great Product, with all cables included!And it is very compact

Good for work setup, wouldnt recommend for gaming
Unit is small compact and works fine for switching between 2 device, both devices need to be plugged in so it can draw enough power but this isnt an issue for me.I found that keyboard input seems to be fine so far but mouse is very eratic, might be down to lack of power.Would be nice to have it powered by a 12v external power source, I think this will resolve the issues with the mouse but other than that its cheap and works just dont rely on it for fast mouse movements but perfect for the home office.

A great bit of kit to tidy up work station
Firstly there is no way I am tech savvy ,you should see my mobile one up from a tin can on a string.I have a lap top on which I like to keep seperate for my banking and financial work and a desktop computer to browse upload films pics and do photoshop artwork.Fed up with swapping leads etc and having to have two ‘mouses’ and two keyboards .Wanted to use my one large monitor but be able to switch between laptop/desktop easily using the same keyboard and mouse.This tiny bit of kit does just that .I was worried about setting it up but plug in all the leads (most supplied) and the connections were made automatically on both computers no problems.A fantastic bit of kit and my workstation is SO tidy.A+++++

Useless unless you always have your equipment powered on.
This review is for the 4 port version. I Cant quite believe how (badly) this product works. I bought it because I have 3 works laptops and a gaming PC. I wanted to share 1 x keyboard, mouse and monitor between all 4 devices. It works OK if you have all 4 devices powered on and working, but if like me at night you want to turn off your work laptops and only use 1 device (i.e my gaming PC) the KVM doesnt work because it hasnt got enough power.The idea (especially in this age admist the current climate issue and high electricity costs) that you need to have all devices switched on in order to use just one is ridiculous.Unless you have all your computers power on simultaneously, dont waste your money.

Takes time to switch & sometimes windows gets resized.But works. The remote is good and the hdmi cable can be extended using normal hdmi and a joint.

the USB Ports are not working. HDMI Ports and switch works excellent. But the Keyboards and Mouse, connected to their dedicated ports are not working. The Unit is found defective. Please replace or let us know if there is any configuration to be made.Thanks
