Note: Ensure the light is connected to the Wi-Fi network through the Lepro APP.
Select “Me” in the Lepro APP, then choose Alexa or Google Home.Enter your Alexa or Google Home username and password.Click “Link” and “Connect” to connect 2 accounts. Then The light can now be controlled using Alexa or Google Home

Troubleshooting of Connection Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot networking issues
1. Please confirm that you have downloaded the correct APP: Lepro APP (this bulb is not compatible with LampUX or Smartlife APP)
2. Please confirm that Bluetooth and WiFi are turned on and that the WiFi is 2.4Ghz WiFi
3. Check if the WiFi signal strength at the controller’s location is above -75dm (use tools like “VREM WiFi Analyzer”)
4. Please confirm that the WiFi name & password entered is correct. If the issue persists, please send us the device ID so we can help you resolve the issue.

These smart bulbs are great. I’ve used smart bulbs for years now and they’ve always been a faff to set up, but these ones just screwed in, you install the app, follows a couple of steps on the app and away you go! There’s hundreds of colour options, brightness levels and it hooks up to your alexa/google devices. Or you can just control them from the app on your phone, which provides loads of different settings like short cuts to save your favourite colour, schedules to set a time to turn the light off and on.As a set if 4,this really is value for money.

Manual gives the wrong information
I had it for about a week now and they work really well. The colours are not very bright but the normal white light (either cold or warm) is really powerful. One star down because of the terrible manual. It literally tells you to do the wrong thing, making it impossible to install them, causing a lot of wasted time and frustration. Here is what I did that had them paired and working in under one minute:- These lamps only connect to 2.4ghz on your router, which shouldnât be a problem to anyone, since most routers have both 2.4 and 5ghz frequencies running at the same time. Some are separate and you can see two different names on your wifi list (one with a 2 and one with a 5). Just connect the bulbs using the one with a â2â and you wonât have any trouble. Other routers have only one name and they will, intelligently, switch your connection between the two frequencies depending on where you are in your house. Unfortunately, these smart bulbs are not that smart and they will keep trying to connect to the strongest frequency (the 5ghz one) and thus failing to pair. You have to disable the 5ghz from your router before pairing them. There are lots if YouTube videos explaining âhow to turn off my router’s 5 GHz bandâ. Just type this into google and the name of your router. Itâs done online, via a website accessed with numbers, instead of a regular www address (at least thatâs how it was for me). Itâs actually very easy and once the bulbs are paired you can enable the 5ghz again. Just donât panic when your internet shuts down, every time you disable or enable 5ghz. Itâs normal and you didnât ruin internet forever (I though I had). Itâs just your computer being knocked off from the wifi. Just reconnect it.- The first step of the manual tells you to âswitch the light on for at least 10 secondsâ, then switch it on and off 3 times. Ignore that. Just switch it on and off 3 times (on, off, on, off, on) and wait for 3 seconds for your light to start blinking rapidly. You might have to do this a couple of times (sometimes it blinks slowly instead, for a different kind of pairing, in this case, do it again).Good luck and have fun!

Work well after a bit of a tweak.
I bought these used lights, knowing that the previous buyer had probably experienced installation issues. I was correct..I installed all four lights but initially one didn’t work. I deleted it from the app and added it when installed in a lamp. Now they all work together in one fixture. I figured this out myself but I’m sure most problems can be overcome with the comprehensive trouble shooting guide.They are great lights and the app is really good. You can set lots of custom light settings and schedules. Shortcuts can be created and they can also be controlled with voice prompt. All these features work really well. I will definitely be buying more of these bulbs. I can see lots of opportunity using the group feature in the app to control lights by room. Very highly recommended.

One day, the bulbs will never reconnect to network
Awful! Stay away from it! After a few months it will NEVER enter pairing mode anymore. I regret it, because I bought 15 of these for lamps at home.Total programmed obsolescence!

Works, but the app is not the best
Happy with the range of colours and overall light quality, but the controls in the lepro app are not the best, you have to release the tap finger to the end colour, before it switches to it for preview.

Great use with the app and the colours are very vivid with very good dimmability. The delay with the app is very short. I have been using them only for about 1 month – I cannot say anything about the durability or the energy efficiency.

Las bombillas funcionan perfectamente, el proceso de configuracion no es dificil pero en los puntos negativos pondre el porque, la gama de colores es buena, calidad de luz mas que aceptable y la interaccion con alexa funciona de lujo.Como punto negativo dire que no entiendo como un producto de nueva generacion âinteligenteâ no soporta 5ghz, cuando es un estandar desde hace mas de 10 años. Esto hace que con routers modernos tengas que cambiar la configuracion de seleccion inteligente y crear lo doble red, una 2.4 y una de 5….con todo lo que conlleva luego para el resto de aparatos wifi.Por lo demas mas que contento ya que una vez configuradas el rendimiento es impecable
