Great humidifier
I’m a keen tropical plant collector and have purchased a few humidifiers over the years. Keeping my rooms at certain humidity levels is important for me and this humidifier is the best I’ve bought yet. Easy to clean and maintains the required humidity levels. Access control away from home is great with the app. Highly recommended

Amazing, exactly what I needed
I originally bought: LS300 the round one, and then swapped for this one. Its better at everything and accurate.

I’ve been buying these for years and they work so well. I have a lot of dogs so dust, dirt and pollen always find its way into my home and these filters work so well!

Ero partito con un umidificatore solo nebbia fredda sempre ad ultrasuoni, costava 65€, questo invece l’ho pagato 85€ e quei 20€ in più non li rimpiango.Questa macchina abbina al nebulizzatore ad ultrasuoni anche un riscaldatore, poco più a monte del circuito, che produce (volendo) vapore caldo.Quello solo nebbia fredda al massimo della potenza consumava circa 6 litri in 24h (forse anche di più) eppure non so dove finisse tutta quell’acqua ma l’umidità saliva da 40% a 45%… massimo 50% ma raramente. Strano perché non bagnava per terra o sui mobili… Forse l’umidità fredda restava bassa ? L’aria umida dovrebbe però essere più leggera e salire… boh! Il dato empirico pero è quello: acceso h24 => 45-50%.Questo appena l’ho provato, acceso al massimo, nebbia fredda livello 3 e calda livello 3, in un ora circa è arrivato al 65%… anche troppo!E’ vero che tutto al massimo sembra fare più nebbia dell’altro, ma sembra anche che la nebbia rimanga sospesa più a lungo senza precipitare subito prima di disperdersi.La nebbia fredda ha 3 livelli che consumano rispettivamente 15-18-22 watt (praticamente niente).La nebbia calda ha sempre 3 livelli e per funzionare ha bisogno che quella fredda sia almeno ad 1 (non si può fare “solo calda”) che consumano rispettivamente 95-195-255 watt.Con nebbia calda e fredda entrambe al massimo l’apparecchio consuma 262w.Giusto per la cronaca, appena si accende la nebbia calda c’è qualche picco di assorbimento sopra i 300w ma è ininfluente per i consumi ovviamente.Attualmente l’ho impostato in modo che tenga in automatico il 60% di umidità in modalità fredda 3 e calda 1. Con questa combinazione non consuma molto (meno di 100w) e produce comunque una nebbia non troppo fredda che umidifica più efficacemente di quella solo fredda, infatti attacca e stacca periodicamente ogni volta che raggiunge il 60% di umidità (valore che con l’altro solo freddo non raggiungevo mai).Parlando di consumi, avevo inizialmente evitato gli apparecchi a nebbia calda perché pensavo consumessero molto (dovendo di fatto bollire l’acqua) ma ripensandoci la combo nebbia fredda + calda potrebbe essere addirittura più vantaggiosa.Come dicevo infatti, un nebulizzatore ad ultrasuoni (solo nebbia fredda) consuma circa 20w ma (almeno io) dovevo tenerlo acceso tutto il giorno. Il nebulizzatore freddo + caldo invece mi consuma 100w, vero, ma non sta attaccato tutto il giorno anzì, attaccherà metà del tempo se è tanto e tiene il 60% di umidità che l’altro non raggiungeva.Se volessi scendere a 45-50% di umidità che è il massimo che raggiungevo con quello solo freddo, quello freddo+caldo starebbe acceso probabilmente un quarto del tempo (magari meno) e consumerebbe uguale.Per quanto riguarda la temperatura della nebbia:Con livello di calore 1 la nebbia non è neanche tiepida, ma comunque non fredda.Con livello di calore 2 si sente proprio l’acqua che inizia a bollire e il getto diventa tiepido.Con livello di calore 3 il getto diventa caldo, non ustiona ma si sente che è caldo.Una nota: i valori di umidità li ho sempre misurati anche con un igrometro distante dalla macchina, lo dico perché l’igrometro integrato (di tutti questi apparecchi), se la nebbia “gli cade addosso” può dare letture più alte del reale a volte.Ultimo pregio: ha l’app ma io non l’ho neanche scaricata e si usa intuitivamente anche senza, che per me è solo una semplicità in più e una complicazione in meno.Concludendo, la combinazione di nebbia fredda e calda, regolabili nelle proporzioni, è vincente su tutti i fronti: sull’eficacia, sull’eficienza e sulla versatilità.Perché non prendere un umidificatore solo nebbia calda allora ?Beh, secondo me perché consumerebbe di più di questo e non sarebbe utilizzabile d’estate. Questo invece è verosimilmente utilizzabile anche come raffrescatore nel periodo caldo (mettendolo con solo nebbia fredda) ma essendo inverno devo ancora provare.
