This is a useful elbow sleeve that provides compression to support the elbow and really useful if you have tennis or golfers elbow and you need to be able to use the elbow and manage the pain and reduce any further injury.You have to make sure you measure to identify which size you need. With the right sizing you get a good amount of compression which is important to support the elbow. The material is breathable and generally comfortable to wear for short periods of time. Overall this is well made and very useful

Well made but fit depends on size of arm obviously
My wife has arthritis which flares up in her elbow at time, such as now when this became available. Her arms are not very thick or long so we ordered the small size. However, its still a lose fit and a little too long to be comfortable.Thats not to say it wouldn’t work on someone else because we think if you can get the right tight fit it would be good. Just not for her.Priced at £7.99 at the time of this review we think this is the right price.

If bordline size decide if you want a tighter or looser fit
I have been recently having issues with my elbow and just hoped it would go away on its own. However itâs got to the point where I need to do something and as trying to get a doctor’s appointment is near impossible I decided to get an elbow support. My forearm measures 11â and my upper arm is 11.5â, so I decided on the medium as this is the suggested size for me, although I am on the borderline of a large. The medium is a very tight fit and while this offers great support, I found it too constricting to wear for any length of time, especially at night wear my pain is worse. In fairness to the product it does mention about the sizing if you are borderline.The product is very well made, it provides good support and has good elastication so you still have movement although more restricted. I found the support to offer breathability so my arm didnât become too hot and sweaty. The material is also soft and comfortable to wear apart from the pre mentioned tightness, but that may be the support you want.This product is a basic elbow support, but it does what it intends to do and for the price it represents very good value for money. Before purchase just make sure on the sizing and if borderline decide if you want a tighter or looser fit.

I wasent sure this would help me with my nerve issue. It’s quite tight but puts the right amount of pressure on the elbow to relive that burning nerve sensation I have been experiencing. For the price I absolutely recommend this product. The band is good quality material and is easy to slide on. 5 star product.
