These use what’s called a C19 cable, which I’ve never seen before. And they don’t come with any C19 power load, so once you realise this (after unboxing and trying to use it) you then have to go out and buy one seperately.

Comodissimo per gestire da remoto accensione e spegnimento dei dispositivi negli armadi rack. Comoda anche la possibilità di monitorare temperatura e umidità . La qualità Lindy è una garanzia. Attenzione solo che non viene fornito il cavo di alimentazione.

Exactamente lo que buscaba: un aparato con el que se puede reiniciar una maquina remotamente. Sirve para reiniciar servidores, el router de Telefónica (que a veces se queda tonto), o por ejemplo apagar lo que no es necesario si se va la luz y el SAI no proporciona la funcionalidad para esto. También mide el uso de corriente.Lo bueno:* Las especificaciones son magnificas. 16A de máximo? DifÃcil de mejorar. (aunque no he llegado ni de lejos a esta cifra)* Mide el uso de corriente. Por desgracia, no es por puerto, solo el total. Pero algo es algo.* Interfaz web sencillo pero adecuado. Permite poner nombres a las salidas, lo que es muy conveniente.* Interfaz por SNMPLo malo:* La opción de SSL es completamente inútil. Habla algún dialecto del que ni Chrome ni Firefox no quieren saber nada — obviamente algo horriblemente antiguo hasta el punto que nadie lo soporta.* La opción de SSL es doblemente inútil porque aunque funcionase, no veo ningún sitio por donde subir un certificado.* El software evidentemente tiene algún defecto, y he logrado de algún modo conseguir que deje de funcionar el interfaz web. Al menos el aparato sigue funcionando, y se puede recuperar la conexión pulsando el botón y esperando a 6 pitidos. Pero este tipo de problema va en contra del propósito del aparato.* De momento no veo actualizaciones del firmware para corregir esto.Nota importante: El conector de corriente del aparato es un IEC C19. Viene con cable de corriente normal, pero para enchufarlo a un SAI puede hacer falta uno de estos: InLine 16659F 1m C14 acoplador C19 acoplador Negro – Cable (1 m, Macho/Hembra, C14 acoplador, C19 acoplador, Negro)En resumen, con un firmware mejor, esto habrÃan sido 5 estrellas. Tal y como está, preocupante. Este aparato por supuesto no debe conectarse a ninguna red donde pueda ser atacado. Esto es únicamente para redes internas, bien protegidas, solo accesibles por el administrador.
