No need for another app!
Popped in the bulbs after scanning the QR code for matter. Added them to home assistant with no messing at all. Fortunately no need to use Tuya etc. completely local control.

Poor service, defective bulbs won’t be replaced
received a defective bulb and reached out to the store to correct the issue. They emailed back and told me it wasn’t their problem. Super disappointed in service and wonât buy again from it. Shame because itâs a nice product, but there are many other like it on the market.

All bulbs have been fantastic work as they should no issues until one of them stopped working I reached out to linkind to try and submit a warranty claim but have go nowhere. After a positive chat to a representative on the online chat I thought it would be all ok but no since the chat I have heard nothing leaving me with a faulty bulb and the only option to buy another pack.

Good kit with teething trouble
After some teething troubles due to misunderstanding or unclear instructions this item is now performing well the customer service was excellent instigated by my initial rather negative comments. Anybody buying this needs to be aware that the product does need the AiDot app installed and the lights to be linked to this app then the app linked to Alexa. if I had done this first then the installation would have been much more stable. I contemplated removing a star but now they are working decided to give 5. Once you know its there then the help site is good.

Funcionan muy bien con Apple HomeKit y se configuran enseguida. Eso sÃ, siempre te hará falta una central de accesorios, en mi caso tengo el Homepod mini.

These connect with no problems but annoying buzzing sound both when switched on and off. This is really noticeable on the bedside lamps. I did not notice this on the first couple of bulbs I purchased a few months ago. Could this be a âbad batchâ?
