Great fun, a discount on price would make it a bestseller
Absolutely amazing device and it’s been pretty fun for most of the time while using it.Tested on my hand – adult – and on 10yo girl hand.To be honest, this one is a very well presented and advertised device. The box is very well made, the content of it and the watch itself. The Amazon page also with proper pictures and a quite high price. Probably this is what manufacturer placed the bet on – a good advertising can be an argument for the high price. The watch looked quite big but comfortable on my adult hand, while on girl’s hand – absolutely huge. I don’t know, it’s because she’s quite tiny, still average kid, or the device is really big but it looked like something very strange on her wrist. She didn’t want to wear it first couple of days because it was too big.Inside, the way the watch is interacting with human – very cute. For me, actually, I’ve noticed only that it’s an usual watch but with those emotions and this is what makes the difference. It’s very unusual to see it like it’s something alive and reacting to things :)))By the way, because it was big, it was very vulnerable to hits and bumps on the kid’s hand. She constantly kept hitting it or scratching, obviously, without wanting this. Consider the fact that she’s very energetic as well.4 stars for a cutie one but a bit huge on the hand, price a bit high, with a good discount it would be totally worth.

nicely boxed and fun to use but huge for a child’s wrist and a little expesnive
This smart watch for kids is great fun to use and my boy loves the camera feature and animated faces on it but itâs so big it sticks off his wrist too much and therefore makes it tricky to wear, he now just uses it to play with on a side as it was unusable as a watch style gadget.I think the games are good and the tech inside it is good but at £54.99 currently I think that’s way too much for a smart toy.

Don’t be put off by its size
Comes extremely well presented, with the watch completely on show so you can see exactly what you’re getting. Chunky in look and design, I quite like it being bigger, it’s easier for children to play with rather than being too fiddly. The downside to the size, it does look really big when on a child’s wrist, it even seems really big on an adults wrist. It can be removed out of its strap though and be played with like a small device. The strap is a soft plastic in a purple colour. It doesn’t clip of fasten together, but pushes through holes in the strap. Ideal for children would enjoy small electronics, it’s packed full of features. Easy enough to set up and get going. If it needs a software update, you do need to connect it to your PC or laptop. It has a large functioning screen. In tobi mode, it has over 100 expressions including it giggling yawning if you’ve left it too long. With 2 cameras, it can take selfie photos or point and you cab photograph anything. The images are quite clear, better than I was expecting. With its built in memory, it can hold a vast amount of photos and videos. The photos can be transfer to a PC or laptop by connecting the two via its wire. Theres 4 menu screens you can navigate through, with games, camera, video camera, gallery, alarm clock, timer and fitness to play and act as an activity tracker. All the games on tobi has 3 difficulty levels, so good for all abilities or to progress through. Theres a clock/time games, maze game, math game and also naughts and crosses. In the fitness menu you can track your steps and even play active games like musical statues. You’re able to connect to other tobi smartwatch send messages to each other. A really good battery life. Surprisingly you’re even able to set a screen time limit, so they aren’t on it hours at a time. Theres so much to it that we really weren’t expecting. We’re so impressed with the amount of features it holds. Don’t be put off by its large size, pop it out the watch strap and play. It even has a little built in stand on the back. Fun and entertaining with plenty to do. One to keep children entertained and not just chucked to one side after 5 minutes.

A bit chunky for my little one but she love it
The Little Tikes Tobi Robot Smartwatch has a lot to offer. I gave it to my 6 years old on her recent birthday and she absolutely loved it. I doubt if my 4-year-old daughter can even use half of the features. The watch has games, a camera, time, and a smart Robo ePet.It seems too chunky for my 6 years old. In my case, my daughter wasn’t excited about the mechanical movement of the robot. It would be good to have a slimmer/cheaper variant without mechanical moving parts. The camera isn’t bad for a toy smartwatch. The watch has many features that my daughter loves. She loves playing games, feeding tobi, changing the clock faces. using the camera to take pictures. The watch keeps making sounds as if a pet wants to play. It may be annoying sometimes for parents but it keeps the kids engaged.Suggested Improvements:The smartwatch is a bit expensive for the features it offers.Way too big for kids’ wrists (it is not heavy though).Mechanical moving parts to be removed or have a variant without it. Just LEDs and the screen is enough to keep kids engaged. It would be lovely to have siri/alexa/google-assistant type voice engine in it so that kids can talk and ask simple questions. In that case, the response can be filtered/tailored for the kid’s ages.

Este artÃculo debe ser visto más como un juguete que como un smartwatch, me parece excelente para los niños trae muchas funcionas en las que destacó los juegos y el uso de la cámara y video. También la interacion del producto como tamagochi es atractivo para los niños.
Ottimo prodotto, grazie puntuali –

3 stars seems harsh, especially given how much my kid loves this. It’s actually a great watch with lots of fun, but there are some things I would change if I designed this.- the ‘watch’ is actually a little module that looks like a pager, and slides into the silicone straps, which double as a holder. There’s no actual way to secure it, and when placed in the straps holder, it’s not all that secure, and there have been a few close calls with almost losing the watch. In the end, I’ve had to trim a thin piece of clear tape to wrap the screen around the holder to the back of the watch to secure it. It doesn’t affect the function of the watch (yet … until it dirties up), and it was a nightmare trying to slice a piece of tape thinner than the slot available between the areas where the robot arms and legs stick out. I wish they made some type of locking mechanism to secure the watch into the straps.- the lockout function is timer only. While the lockout function is wise, to control time spent gaming, it is a timer function only – that means you set anywhere from 30min to 6h of screen time, and the watch locks out from activities (and Tobi) after their quota expires. I would prefer to have a function where parents can set lockout hours – between the hours of x to y (such as school hours), activities are inaccessible. Makes things much easier to send a kid to school with this as a watch and not give them the temptation to play games and get it confiscated.- although purposely oversized, I’d say it is a bit TOO big. The watch head itself is even wider than my kid’s wrist, making it uncomfortable. Also, because it’s so big, it actually bends and stretches the strap holder to wrap around his wrist, making the watch less secure in its holder.Otherwise, this is a great watch and age appropriate for my child (6 yo). The battery lasts forever, in spite of the abuse it gets from a fascinated kid (2-3d without charging given heavy use). The games are fun, and the fitness functions are engaging. All in all, a 3 rating is deceptively low. It’s a great watch and my kid loves it, but the missed opportunities to make it perfect are a bit too glaring. If it were up to my kid, it would be a 6.
