Great camera
Good image quality, love the style and colour! It blends in nicely to the wall colour so it doesn’t stick out a other bulky rectangular black cameras. I also like that the indicator light is white and not red.Last, the privacy shutter is elegand and easy to use. Happy with the purchase, would recommend!

Good camera, but didnât work with a docking station
When connected directly to the laptop, the quality is very good for audio and video. However when connecting to my Anker dock, the picture flickers a lot as it requires more power than the dock can give.Size is good on my monitor, really easy to set up, just a shame to not be useful for me. Good price for a good camera if you donât need a dock

Beware of firmware update issues
The product looks good but I have so far been unable to use it. On connection, it wanted to do a firmware update, but this failed on my brand new PC with USB-C connector (yes, beware that it only comes with a USB-C plug).I spent a good hour with LogiTech support to no avail, but they claim to have escalated the issue, so I will update if I hear back.It seems the issue has been reported online for around a year now. Most people find a fix by connecting the camera to a different PC for the firmware update. To do this, I will need to buy a USB adapter so I can plug it into a USB-A port!Strange how the PC recognises it, without the update, but neither the camera nor the microphone work for me out of the box.

NIce camera but doesnt rotate
Greta little camera but the only flaw is that the camera has no rotation so you need it cnetrally located on your monitor.As I have a very wide monitor and needed this mounted off centre, it doesn’t fully meet my needs.If only this could be rotated even a little, I would have given it 5 stars.

Naffest picture of the three I tried.
I purchased the Brio 100, Brio 300 and the Streamcam to compare with a mind to keeping the best value one for decent quality teams calls. The 300 ironically had the worst picture. The Brio 100 was pretty good for the money and the streamcam was definately the nicest picture. however they all had short captive usb cables that didnt reach my pc properly.

Not compatible with my M1 Mac mini.
Could not get the sound to work with a Mac mini based on the Apple Silicon M1 processor. Video was fine. It did work with an Intel Macbook Air â but I needed it to work with the Mac mini. Logitech’s support staff were very charming in a useless kind of way, so after various attempts to resolve, back it went for a refund. My hunch is Logitech never bothered updating their software to work natively with Apple Silicon.

Great picture quality with plug & play ease of setup. There’s an optional Logitech app you can download for extra functionality.My only complaint is that the little stand feels really flimsy and literally not heavy enough to keep the camera sitting in a stable position. I struggled for a crazy long time to get it in position and even now it feels like it’s only a breath of air away from falling backwards. It just isn’t up to the job. But the camera itself is great so I still give it 4 stars.
