It’s really good, but I probably could have done without it
I wanted better quality for sales calls than my Macbook’s camera. It’s really great, and great value for money, but to be honest I probably could have saved the money as the quality difference isn’t that much better than my Macbook. To be clear, it is better, but for me personally I could probably have done without it.

Brilliant quality and a great upgrade from my previous webcam
Really good works perfectly, the image quality is brilliant and it shoots 4k so thats cool. A really great edition that they included was a cover that you can flip up and down for privacy so nobody can spy on you. Overall 10/10I would say if u want something even better than this then u will want to invest in a dlsr 4k camera.

Great camera
Great webcam. I tried different ones and settled on this. But you need USBC cable to Maximise itâs potential. Loving it so far

Really good webcam
Great webcam, really clear, use it for my DJ streams, every week. Perfect with a great lightening also.

poor image quality, pixel and refresh
Once upon a time I was an avid Logitech supporter but clearly they are losing their way; very expensive product for a very poor quality in terms of image, refresh rate, manufacture of the arm (you need to force it off to locate the 1/4″ screw) and dont believe the 4k hype, the pixels is still 1920 not 3840 like other 4k products

Software doesn’t work with new Macs
Be warned, the Logi Capture software to control the webcam only works on Intel based Macs. I don’t think the quality is that good on the camera but no way to change the settings.

It’s ok, over priced for what you get. Auto Focus issues remain…
I’ve had this for a while and as a web cam it is ok. This is mainly used for MS Teams. The main issue is the auto focus. This is very poor. On most occasions it fails and will not focus on my face but the background. This means I spend most of my video calls out of focus.I’ve tested time and time again, sometimes it will focus ok but it fails when you test it such as moving close to the camera. This let’s the camera down badly.Firmware has been updated but does not resolve this.My other web cams do not suffer from this. A decent camera is the Microsoft Modern Camera which is much better for a fraction of the cost.I do like you can adjust the zoom and wide angle modes so you can mostly get the field of view you require.4k filming isn’t really required for me so I do not benefit from this but it is good you have the option. The USB cable is fairly thick and difficult to bend which means this can cause issues with moving the camera or knocking it off the monitor all together. The sound quality for microphone pick up is actually fairly good. No complains from the callers on the other end of the meeting. The mounting system is good, you can get a good angle but beware, on a small bezel monitor this results in you seeing the bottom of the mount on the monitor screen.I understand that there is an IR sensor to allow MS Hello login etc.Overall, could have been a good camera but that auto focus problem let’s it down badly.

For a better picture quality as online trainer I purchased the Logi Brio 4k. Setup was done after connecting it. There is some Logitech Software for the cam – but its not really necessary. I was impressed how much better the picture quality – especially under low light/non optimal light – improved in comparison to my Logitech c925e – which is already a very good one.As a bonus for me does the cam support login via Windows Hello – to login in Windows with your Face. Works really well for me.It’s on the bigger side – compared with others. But ok. And its tripod mountable. Thats helpful sometimes. Also prolonging the cable to around 5m was no problem (had my share of problems with a Elgato Facecam Pro here). One thing – the included privacy flap – I didn’t realised what the included plastic thing was for at first. Then I got it – you are supposed to clip it on top. An included privacy flap like in the c925e would have been nicer and easier to use.The only thing I regret is that I didn’t bought it earlier 😉 …

First off, there is no other webcam available to me that I could compare it to, so this is a biased opinion.Secondly, it does a very decent job at serving its main purpose: Logging into a modern Windows 10 desktop PC via Windows Hello facial recognition. I think whenever Hello doesn’t work efficiently it’s the fault of Windows 10 (amongst this OS’ *many* other shortcomings!).Re: the 3 features: It does a good enough job at auto-focussing, I think, again with no other webcam available to compare it to. However, there is a bit of lag even on a machine with 8GB RAM and an 8700T CPU. (VERY IMPORTANT: Note the “T” in the CPU. Maybe if it was the higher-end 8700MHz CPU there wouldn’t be any lag. I just don’t know.)The Picture quality is decent too, but I find it a bit grainy when using software like OBS.As I am writing this, I changed the Low light rating to 5**, as I think it does an excellent job in medium to low lighting. The mic’s quite good on it too. I think unless you’re doing really high-end computing (perhaps professional YouTubing), this webcam’s mic would serve you very well.I’ve only had a month to intermittently test it, but I *can* say this: Whether you’re using Logitech’s own Capture software or something like OBS for recording or streaming, you *will* tax your system. On the desktop PC described, CPU usage went up to over 30% – with its fan going like a jet engine’s! The PC’s built-in Intel UHD630 goes to 98.5% and up! I’ll definitely have to look into what can be tuned on the PC, e.g., graphics RAM allocation (a BIOS thing), etc., to make this webcam work more smoothly. The PC is new too so there could be some tweaking to be done to make things more harmonious. Any proven suggestions that worked for you would be welcome.Oh, and one more thing: If you’ll be using this for Hello, USE LOGITECH’S LATEST DRIVERS otherwise youâll be *extremely frustrated* as to why the feature isnât working out of the box! That was a lot to say, and itâs only scratching the surface, but it gets the main points across I think.

My first camera, usually just use a laptop inbuilt camera but this webcam is so much better. Works well with MS Teams, have not tried other platforms. Good quality and looks professional. Not bulky. Easy to install, just plug in and play. Easy to adjust settings within an app (in my case its MS Teams). Privacy cover included which is great, so don’t need to unplug after every use. Can be set up either on top of the monitor (sturdy clip included) or on a tripod or extended arm attachment (purchase separately) whichever works. Absolutely good investment and recommend this BRIO for either meetings or game streaming. I would give 5 ð. Delivery was quicker than advised, which was a bonus. Packagingð no rips or damage. Overall five-star, good purchase. Thanks, Amazon ð
