Emirates has a policy that prevents you from using inflatables in case they burst. Used it for a few minutes before I was spotted and it was comfy.

Disappointing â Deflated Expectations
I bought this inflatable pillow for an 11-hour flight to San Francisco, and at first, I was really impressed. It was super comfy once inflated, and I thought it was going to be perfect for the journey. Unfortunately, within 5 minutes it started to deflate. I tried several times to find where the air was escaping, but couldnât pinpoint the leak â I suspect the valve is faulty. Now Iâm stuck lugging it around on our road trip just so I can take it home and return it for a refund. Really disappointed, especially after such a promising start.

I purchased this pillow to use after macular hole surgery. Recovery involves laying and sitting facedown for a minimum 7 days. This is very uncomfortable. The pillow came exactly as shown, was easy to inflate and eased my discomfort considerably. I used it for the full seven days and only needed to re-inflate it once. I’m can’t attest to it’s longevity but it appears to be well made. In terms of my recovery it was an excellent purchase, especially at such a low price.
