Excellent product actually easier to plug into the cat that my previous caravan plug was. Easily hangs up out the way. Very nicely made. Highly recommended.

Good price, good product and happy caravanner.
Bought this due to new tow bar with 13 pin plug. Works very well at a very good price. Caravan shop wanted twice as much. The only thing to be careful of is the adapter will hang down and unless supported (I used a bungee cord around the jockey wheel) could be damaged. But very happy with this product which seems to be well built.

A solid rattle.
Feels solid and up to the job.Grey ’12S’ cable is thicker than the black ’12N’ cable which suggests it correctly has larger gauge wires to handle the power connections.When I first received it, there was a rattle coming from inside when I moved it. I opened the plug and found that the screw in the terminal not being used had fallen out.A simple fix. Despite this, I would still rather see a ‘serviceable’ plug with screw terminals than a moulded plug.A reasonably priced item considering the components you are getting.

My car has a single 12 pin electrical output socket but my caravan is old and has two electrical leads. This enables me to plug both into the single socket in the car and works perfectly ensuring that my leisure battery is fully charged by the time I reach my destination and that Iâm able to use my motor mover on arrival. Would recommend.

Very Unhappy, Quality control is poor.
Like most people buying this lead is to convert an old style two plug system to the new modern standard 13pin plug. I’ve just had a new tow bar fitted which has the new 13pin standard and a caravan with the old style 2 plug system. car has been full tested (me being present) caravan worked perfect before. So I’m thinking this is a simple plug and play. No it wasn’t checking my left turn the fog lights flashed and when fog lights were on left turn illuminated? I’m not happy as this unit could not have been checked correctly. If this had been wired slightly incorrect within the plug system it could have caused unknown damage or even flatten your car battery. lucky for me it was just 2 wires in the 12N plug numbers 1 and 2. shame on you maypole improve you quality test and inspection.

Why didn’t I buy this last time!!!!I had an adaptor that doubled the electrics on the tow bar which placed them very close together, almost touching.I’ve been crawling about in muddy fields under my car trying to get both leads in as best I could & they have been falling out mid journey…… until I saw some one using one of these. WOW. No more halted journeys, skinned knuckles and soggy knees!! This adaptor is a dream to use, glides in nice & easy to my tow bar & the twin electrics can be fitted easily as they’re split & about a foot off the floor. OK, this means the leads are slightly longer but an extra bungee cord fixes this problem easily.
