My previous review is below, but I cannot fault the quick response I had back regarding this and a resolution, so thank you. Due to the great customer service, I will buy from this seller again.Stopped working – I’ve had this for nearly a year, however only just recently needed to use it and it’s just completely dead. I’ve tried it in various laptops but it’s just not recognised / not visible. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service
Was relatively happy with the product. Got in December 2023 and now July 2024 and it has corrupted. However, seller has reached out to offer a full refund but agreed to send me a replacement as I was happy with the product, it’s build and ease of use. Disappointing Performance and Durability
I recently purchased the 1TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive, enticed by its promise of universal compatibility and the convenience of power via USB. However, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Despite its claims, I found the process of making this drive work with my gaming console more complicated than anticipated. The need to format the drive for certain games consoles was an unexpected hurdle, and the online instructions were not as straightforward as suggested.Moreover, while the drive’s dimensions are compact, the build quality leaves much to be desired. The plastic casing feels flimsy and I’m genuinely concerned about its durability over time. The included USB 3.0 Type C cable, at a mere 30cm, is restrictively short, limiting where I can place the drive relative to my laptop or console.The drive’s performance did not live up to expectations either. While it’s advertised to leverage the faster speeds of USB 3.0, data transfer rates were underwhelming. I also encountered occasional disconnects, which was frustrating during large file transfers.In summary, while the concept of a universally compatible, USB-powered external hard drive is appealing, this product fails to deliver on several fronts. From its build quality to performance, there are significant areas for improvement. I cannot recommend this drive to those seeking a reliable and efficient external storage solution.
