Does the job
This microphone is surprisingly small, but seems to work very well for a conference in a small room with 20 or so people. It also seems to deal with background noise very well. Very please, and good vfm

Great addition to online meetings
The conference microphone came well packaged with a USB to USB-C cable and a well designed and clear user instruction guide. See photos.The product has a âgood feelâ to it – the quality of the build is excellent and the microphone has a rubber base and being heavy enough, means it does not slide around the desktop.I set up the microphone on a Windows laptop, and also on an iMac and iPad (using a USB adapter) and it was very easy on all three.I tested using Skype and MS Teams and the quality of the sound at âthe other endâ through the microphone is good quality.The mute button works very well and the LED ring light indicates very clearly if the mute is on or off.This is a well made product that is easy to install, works really well and is definitely something I would recommend.

Brilliant Customer Service
Microphone worked really well and picked up voices clearly, but sadly the lead supplied didnât work. However the customer service was first class. They rectify the situation. What more can you ask! The world is not perfect, but their customer service was.

Easy to install and good quality
I’d been using a headset for online calls and networking but found having a mic boom a bit annoying, so decided to try a combination of a proper mic and using my laptop speakers, as from experience, laptop mics are usually pretty average. Came across this one with some decent reviews.So far, so good. Simple to plug and play with a MacBook Pro, although would have preferred to have a USB-C to USB-C plug. Tested on a FaceTime with my wife…initially she said there was a bit of feedback her end but this disappeared after a minute. Just did a Zoom call and no problems at all.Will report back if anything changes!

Excellent
This is an excellent, neat and small microphone and it has improved the quality and consistency of my sound output. I am very happy with it. It was totally simple to use – it has a USB plug – and there are no awkward or challenging set up instructions to grapple with.

Used this a couple of times & seems ok now but there is a bit of a knack to getting it placed just right & itâs not as sensitive as itâs made out to be. You get what you pay forâ¦

Been using it for a couple of weeks now it seems to be perfectly OK. I keep forgetting it has a mute button but that could be very helpful when I remember.
