Superior quality product with excellent customer support
I think it’s important to write my review about this product in two parts because the 2 areas go hand-in-hand. First, the product: I bought the thermal printer and did not attempt to use it for months. Why? Am extremely busy and assumed (mistakenly) that setting up would be technical and time consuming. How wrong I was. In fact, It could have been saving me time and money since it arrived. When I got round to setting it up, it took me 15 -20 minutes, max. I even expected that printing my first labels would require adjustments etc. Wrong again! From the word go the print quality has been sharp, crisp and basically, second to none. My packages now look professional, I save time and money (from buying endless ink cartridges). I urge anyone considering this printer, to give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. The size of the printer is also such a space saver. It is not noisy when printing. Oh, and the speed of printing labels is unbelievable.Secondly, customer support. I wish all electrical manufacturers were that available and accessible to customers. As I didn’t use the printer straight away, I misplaced the cable and lead. I messaged Munbyn Customer Support. They responded within a few minutes and agreed to send me a reacement lead. Not only that, they’ve also followed up to ascertain if I received it, and importantly, if everything was OK with the printer. I can’t praise them enough (I have NOT been paid for this review) Every business needs a service like that. Well done Munbyn keep up the good work!
