Unable to open!
Big problem with trying to install battery.Did not like to force the door of battery compartment in case damaged it.Surely a more user friendly design could be possible?

Not great quality
This was disappointing especially as it was not cheaply priced. It does not come with a battery which is okay but when I tried to insert a battery the bit that slides out would not slide out and when I did eventually manage to open it the battery casing was broken and had fallen off inside the remote. (That is probably why it would not open).

Impossible to gain access to the battery. Tray is very tight and doesn’t fully open. Will be returning

It works
Does everything the same as the original Panasonic one. External quality appears and feels similar, costs half the price. Would recommend, I usually only buy original equipment spares but in this case tried a aftermarket one and am impressed.We brought it for a vintage technics stereo system that lacked it’s remote after noticing our Panasonic sound bar remote controlled volume and input on it. I also tried it on the soundbar and it preforms like the original.

Purtroppo essendo tornato oggi dalle ferie ho provato il telecomando del mio ultimo ordine N2QAYC000121 Sub N2QAYC000098 N2QAYC000109 e non è funzionante, vi chiedo se possibile la sostituzione poichè essendo tornato oggi 06/09/2023 non ho avuto la possibilità di comunicare il difetto prima, grazie e scusate .
