HOT AND COLD: The mini gel compress packs can be used on many parts of the body, including: eyes, head, breast, teeth, wrist, neck, ankle and more. The gel packs can be used as a cold pack or heat pad.
SAFE AND LONG LASTING: The gel filled cooling packs are flexible and can be washed easily. To cool, place each ice pack in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes before use. To heat, microwave for 30 seconds.
CONSTRUCTION: The cold compress packs have a diameter of 11 cm to cover small areas. Each pad is made with an extra soft side to ensure comfort during use.
BETTER ALTERNATIVE: Stop using bags of frozen peas or ice cubes wrapped in a towel. These hot / cold gel packs are made from durable PVC to ensure they retain their heating and cooling properties for many cycles.

Perfect!
I bought these ice packs to use on my face after a rhinoplasty, theyâre absolutely perfect. Thereâs plenty of them meaning I always have a set ready and theyâre the right dimensions to be used on the face. Plus, the plush on my side makes them so pleasant on the skin. Don’t stay cold for long
I’ve had facial surgery so needed ice packs. On the plus side these are a good size bigger than expected. Plush on one side not sure why as you can’t feel the cold if you use that side the cold side is OK but doesn’t stay cold for long and take quite a while to refreeze I thought I’d always have enough with 8 but sadly not

Ma fille souffrant de douleurs à la tête récurrent, elle y plaçait des poches froides spip (recue dans des coffrets d’pour enfants) qui a percé, puis des versions d’adulte, mais cela la gênait, nous avons donc acheté ce modèle.Elles ont un côté plastifié transparent qui permet de voir l’intérieur où on voit les billes, comme tout enfant, elle a voulu jouer un peu en les faisant bouger, et l’une d’entre-elles a percé…Ãa ne semble pas causer de soucis, mais bon.Elles sont de toutes façons utilisées pour cela et en chaud pour le cou ce qui permet de diminuer des douleurs.Très bon produit.

Habitualmente usamos algo parecido para aplicar frÃo en golpes. Estos discos son ideales para aplicar frÃo en pequeñas superficies. Son algo más grandes que la palma de la mano, lo que es más que suficiente. Los hemos repartido entre las casas a las que vamos habitualmente porque es lo más cómodo y útil en caso de golpes con niños.
