Ok when I originally wrote this review the mic hadn’t been tested in its most challenging environment. A gig.

So, I received this mike just in time for band rehearsals. It came neatly packaged, with a good quality lead and is a decent weight for holding throughout a set as well as fitting the mike stand clip (not supplied) neatly. In terms of sound quality this mike has been decent in the small practice room. My voice was clear and carried over the throng of guitars and drums no problem however there have been some issues with feedback. In all this has done an ok job in rehearsal but on stage it was a flop and had the sound man spitting kittens. He refused to let me use it after a few test runs during sound check.
At the end of the day you do actually get what you pay for. If wanting a dynamic mic for live performances then suck it up and look at around £70+ but if you are not battling in a busy club or pub then this’ll do.

Not that great
I bought this mic as people gave it good reviews. Was no better then a Sanyo mic dynamic mic I bought many years ago for only £10. I was hoping for less handling noise but, no.
I managed to attach part of a desktop mic stand to my camera’s tripod, so, I am now using the tripod as a mic stand
next to the desk when I stream to Twitch.
The noise pick-up on the desk stand was just too much. Every vibration of the mouse and the keyboard clicks being broadcasted.
If you need to hold the mic or want something to sit on your desk for streaming/podcasting,
then this is one to avoid.

Never worked
I had to send one back then the replacement. XLR connection was lose at the bottom of the mic in each instance. Have bought tons of similar mics over the past 12 years, never had two duff ones from the same supplier before. And yes, I tried different wires I owned, same problem with lose connector.

I like it.
I’m not a microphone expert but this seems pretty good to me. What more could you expect for this price? It feels nice, looks nice and sounds good to me! And you get an xlr cable thrown in! Yes, you need to be close to the mic mesh with your kisser but I don’t think I’ve ever used a mic that didn’t. Buy it, if you don’t like it, return it. Bet you don’t!

Ich war am Anfang skeptisch, da ich schon viele Mikrofone ausprobiert habe, die in dieser oder ähnlichen Preisklasse zu finden sind.
Heute bekommen und natüüürlich gleich mal in den DJ Controller eingesteckt und einen gepflegten Soundcheck gemacht mit einer klassischen Radioansage mit Gruà an meine Nachbarn- Nein, ich habe nicht gesungen, das wäre einfach zu hart gewesen für meine Nachbarschaft 😉
Eine solide Klangqualität ist bei diesem Mikrofon jedenfalls vorhanden und kann locker mit Mikrofronen höherpreisiger Klassen mithalten.Auch die Verabeitung insgesamt kann sich sehen lassen und ebenfalls das mitgelierte XLR Kabel ist kein Billigschrott, was mich wirklich freute!
FAZIT : Bei diesem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis kann man nichts falschmachen, daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung !
