A: Please use Type-C cable to charge, not USB-C.

I want to say, thank you very much for this product! It helped Clinical Engineering Department in NHS to do auditing and supported massively the tracking project. Thanks to Amis from customer service we could programme the barcode scanner and customise scanning for our needs! Programming is easy with provided barcode sequences. Scanning speed is very quick. I would recommend for everyone who needs scanning QR codes or barcodes for any projects, has even automode which is sensing the barcodes and does not need to click the button. Has a lots of potential and is great price compare to what is available in the market. Additionally is small and wireless which is very handy especially with lanyard provided.

Faulty product which NETUM customer support refused to refund or replace.
Scanner double scans items. After back and forth with customer support and following all their advice on how to fix, scanner still doesn’t work and they refuse to give a refund or replacement. They have refused to acknowledge that anything is wrong at all with it. In short, if you need a replacement/refund, do it through Amazon’s 30 days, not NETUM.
