Works perfect with loyverse POS android
Works perfect with loyverse POS on android, no need to download the app it tells you in the instructions just pair with device add manually in the printer setting in loyverse app and off you go, printing quality is very good.

Insultingly Difficult to Use
Nightmare to use, clunky software, when it works it does print accurately, but that’s when it works.More than half of the time to get it to work I need to clear the app cache, turn aeroplane mode on and off, sometimes force close the app or restart the phone.I’m dreading having to get this out in front of a customer.For the price of £45 it’s way overpriced for the messing around with the device you need to do, it’s more of a cheap children’s toy, what doesn’t help argue this point is the selection of memes available at the touch of a button.

Easy to set up works great for what I want it to do connected to the mobile been looking for somthing to work with a pos system in a burger van with out the huge cost this is perfect for this only issue is 58mm paper donât seam to be available so will have to see how it is on 57mm

Excellent BUT …
Excellent product and extremely good value , unfortunately not working for me … it is bluetooth but connect ONLY with his own app who allow to write and print text in 4 different size generate barcode or QR code and even print pictures ( don’t do it , terrible but isn’t made for it …) , not permitted any connection outside of his app.One reason is probably because I’m using it on Apple products and is write on the instructions it’s limited features with Ipad/ Iphone compared with the compatibility with Android products …BUT why ? why only with his own BAD designed app and not open to connect with the rest ?Other then that excellent product just may not advised for Apple

Good for the money
It does what it says on the tin and works without complaints. Print quality is fine and prints at a decent speed.The only two complaints I have:- It was an absolute nightmare to get set up, drivers for this seem to be few and far between. Luckily I’m a programmer so I threw together a program myself to use it. Some alternative apps on Android work fine too.- It broke, very quickly. After having it for not that long the USB connector (which is surface mount of course) ripped right off the board; I found it rattling around in the case. Quite disappointed with the quality of that as now I have a useless plastic box with a dead battery that I cannot charge.Other than that it’s good and served the purposes that I needed it for.

Je possède un samsung version android 14, donc normalement compatible avec l’imprimante. J’ai suivi à la lettre les consignes du mode d’emploi en français. Je ne suis pas plus bête q’une autre, et me débrouille plutôt bien dans la manipulation d’application ou de logiciel. Mais là … que dire… après une journée à essayer de charger , enlever, remettre le fameux dossier BT-POSPrinter.apk, je retourne le produit. Mon téléphone refuse l’application.

Worked perfectly for us. We use an android app that prints receipts and this connected to the tablet and paired to the app no problem, printer prints good quality. Will continue to use this for our business. I think people saying it doesn’t work probably just have no idea how to use it or are trying to use it in an way that it isnt intended for. This is perfect for Mobile receipt printing on the go!
