La aplicación no te permite encontrar los archivos de manera sencilla, no se puede conectar fácilmente a Windows, el respaldo deja los archivos en un fichero escondido y probablemente encriptado, por lo que si no los ves desde el mismo teléfono, prácticamente imposible verlos. Se vende como una solución cuando es más problema que un disco duro tradicional al que le compras un cable Micro-B a USB-C para conectarlo. No recomiendo, yo lo devolvÃ

I required technical IT service/support after purchase in May 2025. The NewQ representative was professional, responsive and provided excellent information, those resources included: emails, PDF, video files and then invited me to return email/video for any follow up problems till this issue reached a successful conclusion.
I would recommend for its large 2 Tera hard drive, durability most importantly, is the âexcellent IT technical supportâ. The time zone difference makes it necessary to receive a next day response : however, those inquiries /email sent early AM in the USA can get a response within two hours. I would give this company a 5 star rating .
