I was a bit sceptical about whether the computer would come with an authentic version of Windows, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it did. The installation process was straightforward and hassle-free, and I had the computer up and running in no time.The mini PC is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, which delivers fast and efficient performance. I’ve tested it and it has held up well without any freezing or lag… impressed with its speed and smooth operation. The computer has 16GB of RAM and a 512GB solid-state drive, which provides plenty of storage space for my work files, and there’s an option to upgrade it.The mini PC has 4 USB ports and 1 USB-C port, which have been convenient for connecting multiple devices. However, this issue can be resolved by adding a Wi-Fi dongle or using a network cable. Additionally, this computer is definitely not recommended for gaming. Lastly, for better performance, I would recommend upgrading the SSD storage.

Small, powerful and great value for money, I already have 2 off and I’m buying 3 more
We experienced an instability issue with 1 off this i5 model NiPoGi mini PCs and a different issue with a lower spec model. Customer service on the 2nd issue has been great (much better than the 1st time round). I now have 2 fully working instances of this i5 model and am about to purchase 3 more as they are small, powerful and great value for money!

Didn’t work and took forever to get a refund
I set everything up and nothing worked. So I sent it back a week ago and still waiting for refund.

Replace the stock heatsink for the nvme
Good little machine, booted unraid onto it and have it running as my media server, noticed soon after running some docker containers that the nvme m.2 SSD is running too hot and regularly hitting 70 degrees c.Have since opened it up, and replaced the stock heatsink with a slightly bigger one which cost £5 or £6 on Amazon, and that’s improved the temperatures by 20 degrees. I’ve only noticed this problem because it’s shown very clearly on unraid, and it gives warnings. For Anyone who buys this and leaves stock windows on suggest you should probably check the SSD isn’t overheating.
