Will not work with their own app or Alexa!!
I have lots of smart bulbs of various brands linked to Alexa and everything has been fine. However I wasted 30 minutes of my life trying desperately to get these bulbs to work with their own app which failed. Then I tried to link them to Alexa and the skill won’t load. When I finally did get it to load it won’t find the bulb so returned for refund. I wish I’d read the reviews!!!!

Good product but doesn’t connect with Google Home
Great product. Good brightness too. However, I have faced trouble in connecting it to Google Home even as I tried multiple times.

The writing on the bulb is very prominent
These would be great, except for the writing on the bulb being very prominent and visible when both off and on.I am using these on a light fitting without shades – which is why I chose globes – so it’s very disappointing.

Read description carefully
These bulbs work on Bluetooth MESH system and are not controlled via wifi. This means that the Nordlux hub is required to work with Alexa and although the smart light app links with the Alexa app without the hub and the bulbs appear in the Amazon Alexa app voice will not control the bulbs.

Will not work with either the app or Alexa
Do not waste time or money. These simply do not operate as expected. Fine as a standard bulb, but the smart operation fails. App finds but refuses to pair with bulb despite multiple resets. Alexa skill refuses to enable. Returned as faulty.
