(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

I really like this. Good quality and the cloud is only £35 a year for as many cams as you want. Sticky pad is all you need. It’s really good.Camera records as you need it in particular zones in view and how sensitive to set it. The sound is decent too.I haven’t connected the doorbell to the ringer, i have it ringing straight through to my phone.It takes a while to connect is my only gripe. But it’s only about 5-10 seconds and o got no patience.The battery life depends on how you set it. I was charging mine once a week cos until i got the settings right and not i charge it in 90 mins and it lasts over 2 weeks before next charge.Easy clip off and on to charge. This item is amazing. I’ve been looking at camera doorbell but couldn’t justify spending the money on other well known brands. As soon as it was delivered I set it up and it was done within 5 minutes.The picture quality is amazing both during the day and evening. It says to charge the doorbell when it first arrives, but me being impatient I stuck it right out and overnight it’s dropped 1% from 67 to 66. The doorbell looks like an expensive brand and is easily attachable with a sticky pad which is already attached to the bracket.The app is very easy to set up as is adding other users. You don’t have to have a subscription to you it but you do if you want to view videos from the past. The connectivity is great to my WiFi, but this could differ depending on how strong your WiFi is and the distance it’s situated from your camera.The app also allows you to set up human detection boxes and the sensitivity to movement. This means you won’t be spammed with alerts if an animal or car go past.The camera also comes with a plug in doorbell chime. My only issue with this is the chime volume is NOT adjustable. Our house is quite small in layout so it’s very loud which for some people might be quite annoying, but again this isn’t a big deal.I would 1000% recommend this product and I’m so happy I brought it at the price I did.

Very easy to set up , the battery life is quite long and is simple to charge up , there seem to be at least a 5 second delay from when the camera picks up movement until you get the notification to your phone , which isn’t too long .all in all , i am satisfied with this product.

I recommend this seriously its good quality easy to set up and has everything you get with the top branded door bell vid cams it took 10 mins to set upI haven’t seen how long it’s battery charge lasts for as it was 82% when I turned it onYou can zoom in move the pic go into settings and set it up how you want it you can adjust the door bell volume vid volume tou can record (need a cheap asf subscription tho its 19p a fay i think but im just using the no plan option cause im tighthaha) it takes screen shots and send them in the notification you can rotate the pic talk it not bulky or out oh n I’m fussy I dotn just jump in and get what the crowd does you can speak from your phone to the peole at the doorCall me simple but I’m impressed

Excellent budget-friendly video doorbell
Camera quality is excellent. Audio is really good too! Motion detection is great. No lag and no connectivity issues. Battery life could be better but I learned that the motion detection settings can use up the batter a lot, lasts longer with low sensitivity.

It’s rubbish
This is rubbish, after the first month when I had to pay after first month free trial, it has failed to work. I had to get a refund from Apple and cancel. It is now too late to return to Amazon as it has passed the date for return. Not very pleased, complete waste of money
