UpdateI am impressed. But it could be better. I am not sure what the difference would be if I had purchased the 4k model. I had purchased the Elgato facecam at double price and returned it because I was so unimpressed. Comparing the price and performance this webcam is very impressive.Pros:- plug and play- usb-c to usb-a convertor included- small and lightweight- secure magnetic stand- colours real out of the box- privacy cap which stays in place- performs great in the dark. I am visible even with monitor light with a black desktop background which means almost no light…- better price compared with competition cameras like elgato facecam. Elgato has a more advanced software though which also has pros and cons.- the AI feature works wellCons:- not 4k and I begin to wonder how better the 4k model is.- the software takes improvement- the camera gets hot in minutes but not very hot- the background replacement has to be improved- portrait mode worked after I installed the software- when you change the FOV basically it zooms in which affects the image quality slightly but I guess this is how FOV works with all cameras and how autoframing works.I had some problems but it wasn’t the camera but my computer that had to return. After I resolved my computer issues I re-ordered the camera.The camera is amazing and I recommend it.

Great webcam, with magnet bracket!!!
Since I replaced my desktop pc I haven’t really had a need to replace my webcam until recently, so I thought I would give this one a try.The product was well packaged and in the box you get, the 4k Meet Obsbot webcam, a magnetic mounting bracket, a USB-C to USB-C Power cable and a USB-C to USB-A adapter, a privacy and lens projector, a nice little travel bag with the instructions. The camera is small as you would expect at approximately 5.6cm x 4.4cm x3.2 and build quality is amazing and it looks very professional.The installation was quick and painless and once everything was connected and ready to go, I did some testing. What is really cool is the auto framing feature. When it goes from single mode to group mode, this is really helpfully when there is more than one person in the frame. The HDR works really well and I can personally see the difference it makes to the video quality. The auto focus is also pretty cool and the camera didn’t struggle figuring out what I wanted it to focus on. What also really like it the privacy cover supplied, this give me some extra conference that my camera isn’t filming or broadcast unless I’m in control.Overall, I’m really pleased with the webcam. I feel it’s a bit on the more expensive side if you just need a webcam for causal use but if you need all these camera features for your profession this is a good option to consider.

The 1080p is ideal
This 1080p webcam with built-in AI is a fantastic addition to my home office. The picture quality is crystal clear and the built-in AI features make video calls look professional. The webcam automatically adjusts lighting and focuses on my face, which is great for staying in focus during virtual meetings. The plug-and-play setup was quick and easy, making it convenient to use. Overall, I’m very pleased with this webcam and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their video conferencing experience.

Excellent webcam package with magnetic bracket & auto frame, easy for anyone to use
I am not a tech expert, so I will leave detailed reviews to others. I have however used many webcams in my time, so, this is my summary after putting it to use.The branded box is very impressive, although I found it impossible not to rip apart the outside cover. The inside box presentation was of the type you would expect from a top-of-the-range mobile phone brand, see pics.Impressively it includes:Magnetic bracket for mounting onto a monitor.USB-C to USB-C cable.USB-C to USB-A adapter (a very useful extra).Privacy lens cap.Brief instructions booklet.What struck me immediately was that the camera is tiny, approx. 6×4 cm. It has the USB connector on the back and a status button on top. The latter is used to simply toggle between auto framing on/off, virtual background on/off, and to put it into sleep mode.The magnetic bracket is great, as the camera simply sits on top once in position. It also has a standard connector for a stand or tripod. It allows the camera to be placed in a vertical or horizontal position, see video.The picture quality is excellent, and the sound is clear.Although it is plug and play, to get the most of the webcam’s capabilities you need to download Osbot Meetcam software from their website, it was easy to do and what’s more the software was very easy to work with straight away.The auto framing works smoothly, there is a second group mode, which is great for families and friends online meets.

Works with a number of options and can create an artificial background or use and existing picture of anything you like. Work and friends don’t get to see your messy room.

Good camera for meetings, took a little while to sort the installation on mac due to security controls, but support were helpful. I’m pleased with the purchase.
