I was really impressed with the service, the charger arrived in record time and I was so glad because my kindle had been totally dead for a few days. I did the initial charge, but unfortunately it only last about two days. I just thought it was me, being a technophobe but as the week progressed, the charge still only lasted a couple of days. My last charger, which I accidentally broke allowed me 2-3 weeks !!!
